Well, I'm asking Mythics seem interesting, and I'd love to play a bodyguard. Monsters would be acceptable for that? I have a well-rounded wendigo character who was made for protecting a half-angel character for a cancelled game, and I'd hate to let him go into waste.

A monster would be considered a Mythic yeah. My ONLY hesitation for Wendigo is the cannibal aspect. As long as they're not running around eating people, then go for it.

He is extremely disciplined, maybe a little bit too much... he usually has to eat once in a month, and since one of his geis demands a worthy fight for a meal, he won't be running around biting into people left and right. Maybe they could also use him as a kind of watchdog. If it's only about sustaining himself, he could do with rations, but getting powers back demands more...

Hmm...eating people would put him straight into villain territory. Can he make do with just any meat, but still has the craving? That would make it avoid villain tactics, but you can always have him lose control in a fight against what would be considered a worthy opponent.

Well, it's okay if you think he wouldn't fit in I'll use him somewhere else. I won't make you uncomfortable with a not conventionally heroic character in a game that demands real heroes

Oh it won't make me uncomfortable, I just want to make sure I'm fairly clear that his feeding on others would be limited, because combat won't be a heavy thing around here, and if he just goes out hunting someone, investigations will occur and such. If you think that'll be fun, go for it. But of course, if you have an alternate character, I'll happily look at them as well. Can you send me the Wendigo's character sheet so I can look at it?

You've set him up for some serious metagaming issues with the Fourth Wall breaking power, I don't think that'll fit.


Currently, he has no powers short of "He can sort of do whatever he wants" and no weaknesses outside of "He does whatever he wants." He's too vague and the Fourth Wall runs the risk of being able to immediately overpower and metagame. Alter his powers and remove the Fourth Wall and I'll take another look at him for you. I see he's half demon, so maybe play up those aspects a bit more.

Is it ok if he retains a tiny bit of fourth wall just for the sake of his character? What I mean is like the quote interactions I had in his character sheet. He'll only be able to just do that, and can't interact with the fourth wall in any other way. I'll alter the powers to me it fit with the whole half demon, but I really do want him to have that fourth wall interaction with him and "creator" (which would be me). It's like his character so I'm just wondering. I promise It'll be extremely small and won't affect the metagame. If I can't then that's fine.

As long as he's not getting information or using the fourth wall to make choices, that's fine. What I mean by metagaming is if YOU know, say, that there's a Mythic hiding in the room, he can't know that due to interacting with you. He can't be on guard because you drop hints or anything like that.


If you're just looking to add a little goofiness to the mix, than that's fine.

He still lacks a weakness past "He does what he wants"


As a half-demon, he should have something tangible. Everything else is fine, he'll be approved when you add a proper weakness. Also you haven't actually put his race in, so go ahead and change that to Half-Demon

Considering what I'm allowing YoungX to get away with, I don't think weird is really a factor for this RP. Sent you a message back about the Wendigo.
