: Plot :





Basically, you're either a vampire or werewolf living among others like yourself. You all live in a large lodge hidden deep in the forest, up in the mountains. Most of you get along, some may not, as werewolves and vampires were not supposed to get along from the start. But, after many years of your ancestors fighting, your generation has decided to end it. You all still try to avoid humans and you do so by living here.

: Rules :


1. No god modding/power playing - It's just not fair to anyone.


2. Cussing, some romance, and mild violence is okay - Keep it PG-13 (Fade to black if necessary).


3. You can have as many characters as you can handle - Try to keep genders even.


4. Posts should be no less than three sentences - Writer's block is understandable but not to be used as a permanent excuse.


5. There aren't any true powers for vampires or werewolves - Keeps us all on somewhat of a fair playing field.

Dahlia just tries to have fun and enjoy her life; never paying attention to any possible consequences. Although she has done some risky things; she always gets away with things one way or another. She treats other women as threats and is never too kind when it really comes down to it. On the inside, she is quite sweet and caring.. but it takes a lot to get to that side of her.

Personality: Preston has always been a caring and sweet guy. He does like to be sarcastic a lot which tends to piss people off. Preston is a true gentlemen when it comes to women, but he is quite socially awkward so he doesn't usually get the chance to speak to them. He tends to fall for girls that he feels he can never have but he will fall anyways. He has had his heart broken many times and almost always does when it comes to relationships or even just crushes. Preston does many things, just having fun, that seem to annoy other people but he's not doing it intentionally. No, if he were doing it on purpose you would definitely know.

Personality: Issac is well, hes a complete dumbass. He has a serious case of ADHD and has no idea of personal space. He is also quite sarcastic. He is clumsy, and the bite hasn't helped him at all with that. Before he was changed Issac was the guy who tried too hard to make friends and just ended up a flailing mess. He was on the football team, but that took him nowhere, he just sat on the bench. Hes impractical about things, and overly curious. He doesn't know when to say no and often comes off obnoxious. Hes also loud, oh so loud. Its like he has no filter whatsoever, even if hes in a room with 5 year olds if he trips he'll still curse like a sailor. Hes also a complete airhead, he doesn't entirely get how people feel when he does certain things; If they're talking to him about something intimate he'll completely tune them out and think about sex.

Personality:


Ivory is a very delicate young woman. As far as personalities go, you'll find that her own contrasts quite greatly from the immortal being she has been made into. She becomes very quiet and shy in the presence of complete strangers - in fact, to most, she would appear mute at first glance, she's so silent - and even though she does appear fairly anti-social at first glance, there are chances she will sometimes present to 'warm up' to her if she finds you worthy. She really is a sweet young woman who inflicts a strange presence, as if making someone drawn to her (unintentionally), her delicate nature seeming to give the impression that she would need protection - which is actually fairly true in her case, but you'll see why lower in her form. She cares for her friends deeply and seems to get along with just about everyone, and it's nearly impossible to lie to her or hurt her - her fragile appearance and the feeling she gives off stops anybody from doing that, or at least makes them feel guilt afterwards. She's one of those people who you can go to with your worries or stresses or problems, one of those people who will genuinely listen and comfort you to the best of her ability. She has almost never been seen angry in her entire 147 years of existence, only becoming angry or defensive when her allies or friends are in danger. But otherwise, she tends to stay reserved and silent, getting lost in her daydreams and preferring the solitude over large groups of people or loud voices. She has developed a habit of killing for animal blood instead of human blood, since the first time she transformed and learned what she was appalled and motivated her to change her ways for the sake of the innocent. She only drinks human blood on the verge of her death, and would never harm a human, unless it were in defense or in an absolutely dire time of need. But as an overall summary, Ivory is a delicate flower who has no bad relations or has left no bad impressions on anybody, or could, for that matter. She is able to make friends easily if she wants to, since most people seem to be drawn to the warm and welcoming feeling she gives off, and keeps her position as a comforter and a gal that someone can be around when they need a little quiet - but harm one of her friends and you'll be sleeping with one eye open.

Ivory's looks seem just about as delicate and as cute as her name would suggest. She is a very petite little lady, standing at about five foot, one inch (5'1) in full height and weighing in at a mere one hundred and twelve (112) pounds in all. She has a naturally delicate form, with gentle curves complimenting her body and lithe limbs. Her complexion is naturally fairly paler than some humans, considering her position as a vampire, and even though it is naturally flawless and free of blemishes, she is very sensitive to it - even more sensitive than most other vampires are, when taking into consideration her stunted transformation and slowed development of her abilities. Her hair is a dark blonde appearing as almost a very light brown in the right shading, and is cut short into a pixie cut to compliment the general slenderness and shape of her sharp chin and sculpted neck. Her eyes have been colored into a very warm, inviting dark gold which appear to liquify or harden whenever the correct emotions are felt, wide and deep-set, framed with thick, long lashes. She has retractable fangs which are a bit smaller than matured vampires' fangs but, nevertheless, are sharpened and able to cut into her prey. Her style consists of darker colors, and she mainly goes with flannel shirts in different varieties of dark colors - she is fond of black and reds of all types, as well as grays. Her jeans are normally skinny jeans with no decorations or designs, and she has a very special pair of Dr. Martens combat boots - old, time-worn, yet sturdy and comfortable - that she wears on her feet daily.


Other:


Ivory's transformation went an entirely new path. She was first abducted by her birth vampire, and taken to an unknown location. The vampire performed 'tests' by injecting strange liquids and, as he called it, 'vaccines' into her system before actually giving her the transforming bite. These 'vaccines' stunted her growth as a vampire, which stunted her extra abilities somewhat - her strength, speed, and mind compulsion abilities. In a course of about two hundred and fifty years, she will become fully matured in all of these aspects - but for now, she has barely half of the enhanced abilities that normal vampires have. Her speed and her mind compulsion seem to be developing quicker than her strength (about two hundred years should do it for those abilities), but her strength remains just nearly skimming the halfway mark, making her a somewhat more vulnerable vampire than most others and an easier target for werewolves and hunters to take down - but she hasn't been bothered by those kinds of people in a while.

Some of Damon's other basic personality traits include sadistic, unmerciful, careless, cruel, arrogant and impulsive. Damon is a seductively charming and a very dark, compelling male. He is an extremely vain, selfish, proud and self-absorbed individual and he generally shows an unsympathetic and uncaring attitude towards others, especially humans. Over the many centuries that he has lived on Earth, Damon uses whatever and whoever he can to get what he wants; not caring about who he hurts in the process. Because of his highly vain and selfish personality, Damon often resorts to either the use of manipulation, threats or force in order to get his own way. However, when Damon does not get his way, he resorts to extreme reactions of anger, envy/jealousy, vengeful and intimidation. He generally acts arrogant, and constantly plays word games, especially when it comes to dancing around an issue, and even more especially when that issue involves his real, true feelings or his intentions on or about a serious subject. Damon doesn't appear to take life or anything too seriously; he seems to have a rather careless, impulsive approach to many things and situations.
