Oops I forgot to add that Alex is epileptic hehe whoopsIsune said:@Vampiress why exactly is she having a seizure? Because she heard footsteps and didn't want to be experimented on? I mean, there's people around them so yeah and also someone's already being experimented on. I besides, the chances of someone having a seizure out of fear seems very slim to none unless you've been diagnosed with epilepsy. At least, that's what I got from my readings.
I blame the skittles.Isune said:But even with epilepsy it only boosts the chance of her having a seizure very slightly. @Vampiress

With panic attacks, pupil dilation, scratching at your own skin, hair pulling, shaking, and heavy breathing are all relatively normal. At least, that's how mine work. Crying isn't actually common.
It's a bad idea to touch someone in the middle of a panic attack, ad they're not quite themselves at the moment, and may or may not lash out violently. By my experience, lashing out violently is more common, but I'm just thinking of the people I know.
How to calm someone mid panic attack varies, but distracting them tends to work. If guiding them somewhere, make sure to make physical contact with them after getting permission to do so. This way, they have to follow.

Do you want me to edit?Isune said:Yes, most panic attacks the person is just kinda shakey while crying. So she won't be on the ground like that.
