Tbh when you add limitations like that, it makes it better. I have no issues with it other than the possible god modding opportunities. I mean, if there's blank spots that works for me. Or a low chance that he's wrong. With great power comes great balance!

If you want to just get an interesting character that contrasts from your demon character, we could always brainstorm!

Well I want him to be 100% accurate, so perhaps we can say he can only use his power when asked, never of his own violation. The perfect servant, he could claim to any captors that his power won't work without (insert leader of clan here).

But yeah, I'd like that. : )

This sounds more like an NPC, one whose only purpose is to be a general tool, than a character. Scrap him, I say, scrap him good.

And even then, the plot isn't about clan wars or something. It's about demons against sword-punks. You're basically creating a foil for your own character, and Hannun's — though, the latter would probably change sides as soon as he sees the tides changing 'bout.

And? Hannun's weakness is strength. And his specialty IS hiding. Yo ass, that's an impossible task.

I mean, this still gives one party a massive advantage over everyone else and may make everything one sided imo. The power itself might need limitations more than his/her personality to prevent absolute omniscience

Tbh I didn't have an idea but I will think of things as best I can! My character is based on deception and manipulation if that helps with doing something other than fighting, but if I recall correctly, you made fun of me for it d;

I mean, it isn't my business telling you what you can and can't do. If it were up to me, I'd have grey areas where he can't determine every detail, but the basics are there. Or it comes in the form of a prophetic riddle, but that's just for funsies. BUT this is your character so if you think you good, chances are it's fine
