How strong is he during noon like this? I'd imagine that given the fact that he's a demon/yōkai, his strength would be more watered down when compared to what he could do during night-time.

I have no idea how the time of day affects him. In terms of his cs, his power/strength is constant. In terms of lore, i have no idea so you should probably refer to an admin.

But either way in his current state, he's about as strong and as fast as a normal human. That's added onto his regenerative abilities, his ability to harden parts of his body, his Flesh Render and his person-consumption ability. So right now, two strong combat characters could probably hold their own against him, but if people don't have any special abilities or powers, they will get smashed by this guy. Hence why he can take on a whole village by himself. I mean, the village won't be expecting him and they won't have amazing defences, but the point stands.

Anyways, it's just a case of: do you want me to attack you after I attack the village (so when I attack you I'm stronger but you'll get help from the daimyo and his people) or before I attack the village (meaning I'm not stronger but the daimyo and his dudes won't be there to help you).

Honestly I'd prefer to keep the number of people there as little as possible to promote my character's charade, and it would allow Cosmos to do the same tbh. It doesn't matter imo, so I might leave that up to her if you don't care
