Working on a Vail post. There will be emotions....

Also, I was going over the character sheets to remind myself of things, as I do from time to time, and I realized I forgot to add an important detail to Vails appearance. His skin is a soft, cool grey, with very subtle silver undertones typically seen in the mountain elves, who really aren't seen away from the mountains much at all since the kingdom was split into three.

My only excuse is, I am a dork. A derpy dork.

He really has. Considering what he's seen, he has every right to be a completely raving basket case.

I'll say it again: the medieval fantasy version of the odd couple. I love Myara's insight into his psyche. He's genually cheerful and outgoing, but so much other stuff seeths underneath. I'm going to have to send you a drabble I wrote about his village massaacre, since it's pretty much what Myara would know. Ha ha. The idea of drunk Vail and Myara are hilarious. What if they didn a total flip? He became quiet and surly and she turned into a chattering magpie. XD.

It'll depend on how much attention Antigone pays to Vail's hair ;P

Aw gosh, Vail is so sweet. I’m so happy that he has a friend in Marnie and vice versa. They’re not alone anymore.

I'm glad for them too. They're going to be good for each other in healing their trauma. Marnie, I think, needs a good friend even more than Vail, right now. He's not going to be too willing to let her out of his sight for a little while, out of fear she's a hallucination brought on by his broken brain.

Posted! I’ve also changed Marnie’s age as it didn’t really make sense with her being an half elf. Also makes a bit more sense for Vail and Marnie to be the same age with the timeline of them being friends and their village being destroyed. Sobbing at this Vail x Marnie interaction
