  Canines were only discovered about one hundred years ago. We quickly were able to translate upon meeting them and have since learnt a bit from each other, though the Canines weapon and agriculture technology is a closely hidden secret. The Canine Sector is smaller than that of Earth, for it only holds about three hundred planets. While the Earth sector has around 400 planets. The term around is used because of constant contention, due to separatists or squabbles between the two species. Canines are normally farmers or laborers because their planets are mainly agricultural, they're vast amount of food now feeding Billions of people daily. They are also normally farmers or laborers because of how the Canines government is run. It is still a Monarch system with Queen Liz the Third currently on the throne with her Husband King Fitzpatrick the Second. Their word is law and all Dukes and Duchesses follow it without hesitation, though they are allowed to act independently in their own private matters. The Canine people are also seemingly in wide support of the Monarch government and are extremely patriotic.
  
  
  Their weapons technology is a bit different from ours. While they still sue firearms their latest weapons are Exo suits, that increase the physical strength of the user and allow them to perform great feats. With these Exo's they normally use Swords, as only those guards closest to royalty and royalty themselves are granted Exo's. Canines also have mechs, but produce them a lot slower than we do ours, they are also not the most energy efficient.
  
  
  There has only been one large scale conflict between the Canines and the humans. Five years ago a representative of the Aero Space Union offended the Duke of Necro, ruler of eighteen planets in the Canine Sector. So in response the Duke stabbed the Representative with his sword, killing him instantly. The Aero Space Union responded and conflict was waged on twelve of these Eighteen planets before Queen Liz the Third asked the Duke to start peace talks, a shaky cease fire lasted for about a year until peace was finally settled.

  Humans have seemingly been in a Cyberpunk society for the last 150 years. They're outreach in the universe now vast under the government of the United Earth Nations (Who are mostly bought out and only background figures to the Corporations) and the Human population almost officially uncountable. The estimate for Citizens in United Earth Nations is about 75 Billion though there is estimated to be a lot more. The United Earth Nations has 376 planets under it's rule and recognizes the Canine Monarch government. They also Recognize 8 more planets the most notable: Areospace Union Mars, Aerospace Union Neptune and the Free government of Zulu 2. The other sixteen planets not recognized by the United Earth Nations are either in a Civil War, ruled by Dictators made by said Civil Wars and Separatist planets that are anti-Canine.
  
  
  Almost all Humans know that United Earth Nations is merely a power that must be, but not a power that truly rules. The Corporations run almost all of society, economics and the Military complex. The United Earth Nations often times just using Corporate Private Armies to deal with their affairs, as to not create a scene. There is a board of directors, seen more powerful then The United Earth Nations consul and most of them are Union Aero Space representatives, this board of Directives mostly dictates Earth Society at large.

  The SS Saint Petersburg is a large once merchant ship turned Destroyer. But it's main purpose is to transport Mech Units in the galaxy. It's defensive measures are far from the best and because of this it's usually escorted by two other Destroyers:
  
  
  
  
  On the SS Saint Petersburg is a very large storage area for ammo, food, medical supplies and parts for the Mechs. And it holds a large docking bay for Mech Transport ships to carry the Mechs into low orbit without dropping the SS Saint Petersburg down onto the planet. They are Mk 5 Gavels:
  
  
  
  
  The SS Saint Petersburg also has very large engines for quick deployment and escape.
