yes, I read up on her. I have Khortj'a set up HERE at a tamer camp in the midst of the wilds. It will be interesting to write their discourse with each other, as Khortj'a is completely without a sense of honor and sees violence as a very compelling and viable answer to life's problems. lol

I'm currently having a meal with Siwai while checking out the quest board.
Sir Golemnus has arrived and, after a brief introduction to the new arrival Calixtos and his pet griffin, Arthagus, has been left to consider taking on the quest regarding an aquatic beast.
Meanwhile, Beryl's following Morgana's pet python, Pestle, presumably to the infirmary.
Callan just got his booty whipped in a spar by Tobias. (Okay that's totally an exaggeration. He's a little tipsy and Tobias got the better of the man's temper, more than his blade. But to be clear, the match definitely ended with Tobias on top.) The two are joined by Urzoth and Goldefroi to jest about Callan's sparring capabilities.
Percival is currently struggling with his duties to protect the north whilst ignoring the plight of the recently destroyed town, learning a bit more about Anat's faith in the process. She worships Henra, the patron deity of all of Hartland. Meg has just been appraised to the fact that Calixtos is a Nephilim.
Cricket, one of the Dogfolk, arrives and is currently speaking to Bal, shortly after his interaction with Alice!

Hey all, something dawned on me. In Crickets bio, it’s stated that she can innately sense magic to a degree. (its a dog thing, I figure. Dogs and other pets have a reputation for seeing poltergeists and detecting Kitsunes in their human forms and whatnot). Is there anyone here who’d should a magical aura she’d be able to sense?

So, there's a thing where Hannah basically snaps a lid on my (Rika's) aura, but over time, the more that lid starts to deteriorate, the more Cricket would be able to sense it and um... it's kind of a lot when that happens. But seeing as Hannah just conducted the treatment, it wouldn't be right this moment, but probably later.

More akin her book causing it hence why she is blind and she herself ahs innate magic detection. Its why she FELT Balthazar's spell coming when he teleported, she did not know WHAT it was but she could feel magic coming.

Yea, it's more whats its inside, as detailed in the CS it's basically a prison. She is, in a way you could say, the warden of the prison and lets them out from time to time, but not all "Prisoners" are bad people. I literally based it off a prison and the idea pop up when making my character "Pocket Prison!",

For the NPCs - Bear the blacksmith and Hannah the healer would show an aura.

So Percival (or his late mentor) is worried that the failing wall will not only result in more monster attacks, but could lead to civil unrest across the kingdom too.

Which is highly likely, as the people of the north continue to lose faith in their negligent and anti-beastfolk King.
