Pluvious said:I saw the change you made to your "Most striking features" section. I'm still not convinced that vampires in this world need other special abilities. The near-immortality thing is fine, but anything else seems like too much of a bonus. Also, remember that deep down Rydel is just human, subject to the same fears and desires that non-supernaturals are prone to. It sounds like she was born a vampire, so it makes sense that she'd know no other life, but that means she must also be okay with being seen as a full-fledged, quasi-cannibalistic monster. Vampires in the media may seem sexy, but what does Rydel think about what she's doing? She's drinking another human's blood! I'd love for the vampire character to explore that side of being a vampire - dealing with the stigma and the trauma of murdering (or at least wounding) people for sustenance, and how that must make her look and feel. Maybe she's totally okay with it and is a little bit of a psychopath. Maybe she has a system for making herself feel less guilty for what she's doing (like drinking animal blood instead of human blood). Maybe she's repulsed by who she is but pretends to be cool with it to save face. If you can dig a little deeper (in your "How do your regard your condition?" Section) then Rydel may have a good chance of being our vampire.
@AlwaysYours
I've looked over your CS again! I like how you've tied in various types of magical lore into your character's background. I have the same question for you as I've had with others though: how does your character's unique heritage get in the way of his quest to just be human? Also, just a little head's up, @Annabella for the role of the Ghost
@KaoriMei for the role of the Shapeshifter
Still open: The Witch, The Cherub, The Grim Reaper, The Werewolf, and The Vampire

*Dying of happiness* Ever since the Magicians of Oxford Street, I've been practically wondering what it's like to have a good RP. I'm so happy I get to know now.
