Well for one, if Fira was aware of squatters, she would have offered them a place to stay. Additionally, the mall is more run like a workers cooperative. So while she owns the place, mall employees and tenants meetup twice a month to vote on important matters that affects them all.Posted my character sheet,decided to go for a sort of contentious neutral character.
