Fantasy The God Game 2.0

"Removable.." he cocked his head as he worked "Fifty feet is quite large for such small creatures" he said thoughtfully before nodding after seeing the inscriptions. Mist surrounded the stone, shrinking it down "I've changed the dimensions of the stone, though it won't work at that size, it will return to it's original size when placed upon the ground" he watched as the teleportation stone returned to it's original size. Only Carbuncles could access it, though he'd have to select one Carbuncle to carry it when they traveled. The one on his island was left untouched.

Giving the stones a portion of his power was simple enough, barely a drop of his infinite stores. He smiled "Thank you Sister, I do appreciate this"

@Karcen

" Not exactly what I meant, but it will work. I do have plans for making it much easier for the mortals to travel the waters given our brothers' desire to make it one big death trap but that will take time so this will do for now" She said half thinking of now and half thinking of the future when the ability to travel large distances would be needed and she saw the oceans as, unreliable. " Well that is for latter for now should your children meet mine i do hope they will get along " She said actually hoping they would something like a war just wasn't her childrends' thing.

"I am sure they will" he said laughing "My children are very kind and peaceful, though I expect them to be wary of new things for some time, I've told them stories of the creatures outside the island" he chuckled and headed back to his domain "But they should be fine, they have their shields should they encounter anything dangerous"

He loved the Carbuncles, but they needed to learn to live without him if they were to grow stronger as a species. They had their own abilities to protect themselves and even escape danger. Reve would only interfere if the danger was to the Carbuncle species as a whole.

"If you ever require my aid, please do not hesitate to ask" he said "I am happy to help my siblings with anything they need"

@Karcen

Iva looked at the oceans and saw a lack of light, and an abundance of creatures. She decided she would dip her feet in the water and make some ocean dwelling creatures so she constructed two differnet species of fish and added several schools of them in the ocean so they could compete with creatures already in it. One was a light producing creature that could be very dangerous while the other would hunt it to insure it wouldn't over populate the ocean.

The she decided she would make an insect capable of producing light that could be harmful to other creatures but could be hunted by water dwelling creatures. She placed this tick on the shores of the lands her siblings had made but far from there different races.

Then Iva made a horse like creature that would consume the many already evolved insects that had been evolved from her simple grasses. This creature she placed on the different islands of the Immortals, she made sure to put it on the orginal island the humans and elves to use. Then sye stood back to admire her work.

Deep within the depths of the 9 hells of Yomi was where Death lurked, standing in the ever present darkness which would never vanish. How it bored him to hardly ever get the chance to roam amongst others, even though he could but to do so would be like neglecting what he must do. "Go to them I shall." Death declared, not speaking to anything but himself, his voice echoing before slithering back in shadows while Death the Grim Reaper began to fade away. What would they be like, seeing all the realms of the gods and the world of the living, different planes of existence. The Grim Reaper slowly began to reappear in the realm of Qan'cath, scythe appearing almost magically in his hand.

"Well well, Qan'cath. How are you love?" He asked in but a whisper of his human like voice, which made him sound like a middle aged man. Perhaps she might humor him with keeping this little chat going.

Qan'cath knew of the guest before he has arrived one goo thing about seeing the future was guests were rarely unexpected if they were as important as other gods. Thus far Death had been something of an sentient god not taking part in forming the world, he had made no mortals, no servants, no places on the world bore his mark. There was nothing this god had done of merit, at least not yet.

" Ah there you are brother you are late" She said as if she hadn't know basically when he would show up " So what brings the abstinent god to my realm, do you need help with your problems as well?" She asked seemingly expecting to be the one others came to when they needed help.

They were named the three Seraphs, three chosen individuals whom their god saved from death. He gave them haven in a lake with no bottom, beneath which lay the entrance to their submerged god's hidden world of endless black water. It was in that other world that the god appeared before the three and made them his chosen servants. To each he gave a duty, their role in driving their brothers and sisters to progress. When they returned to this world they were changed, each marked with the color of their task and given powers they would need to carry them out.

Ore'seur became the Seraph of Knowledge, his task of gathering the knowledge that would lead his god's creations towards progress often carrying him far from his home. His color is white, unmarked by prejudice or emotion. Yazir'el became the Seraph of Protection, her task to bring her god's creations together in peace and keep them safe from harm. Her color is gold, a familiar color to reassure and calm. Hae'don became the Seraph of Destruction, and he was given the most terrible task of delivering punishment to those whose actions went against his god's wishes. His color is red, rage and passion and the blood of prey.

The story was one every eel knew, but it wasn't a mere legend, it was all true. Only the older eels still had memories of Hae'don, so many years had passed since he'd last appeared to slaughter their brothers and sisters, his brothers and sisters, that had transgressed by choosing to hunting their own kind. The younger eels of now thought it obvious that the cannibalizing eels would be punished, younglings unable to comprehend that something so base as their own moral system had only shaped out of fear of repeating events that had brought on Hae'don's rage.

Ore'seur came and went as he pleased, often periods of many years passing between his appearances. Eels he had met as younglings may be older and grown next time he saw them, but he would instantly recognize every one as if no time had passed. The young ones usually didn't want to approach him at first, but once they did they'd find that the mythic figure wasn't something they had to be afraid of, and they'd look forward to his next return once he again left where they could not follow. Each time the white eel visited his people, he brought new ideas of far away places and unknowable creatures with him.

By contrast, Yazir'el seemed like a constant presence to the eels, something knowable and familiar rather than godly or otherworldly. Very rarely did she her own kind for long periods, always returning again after a time to continue being the guiding light for the eels. It was she who had first told the other eels about what had happened between herself and the other two Seraphs and the god that lay beneath the bottomless lake, and she had been the one to inspire the first few eels to resist the endless hunger and work towards something other than eating. She took what Ore'seur had learned from other races and applied it to the eels, instructing them on how to carve the stone of their home to create passageways and caves that eventually became more elaborate and complex as more eels learned the art of creating. She tried to teach the eels about a force Ore'seur had called magic, but no matter what she tried the eels were unable to grasp the concept or how it was supposed to work and she eventually turned her efforts back to more fruitful undertakings. Tunnels were carved over many years through solid rock towards the mythical lake that the god had made just for them from all directions, running for miles beneath the ground. The walls of the perfectly round lake that seemed more like a well in the planet itself began to be carved by the eels as Yazir'el guided them in transforming stone to halls and rooms. She was having them create a home in the place their god had chosen for them.

Xir'ain watched as his servants led his children without his interference. Watching them work and change filled the god with pride. He experienced all of the success and failures of each of his children, the thrill of hunting, the pain of death, every sharp spike of hate and every fall into sadness, the warmth of finding one to love, and the longing that filled his children when they saw the creatures of the surface, something much deeper then merely wanting to hunt them.

(I have Hollows and Oni's! xD just haven't made the cs yet lol)

"Can I not visit or am I to stay confined in the 9 Hells?" He asked, more like explained if anything. First time out of the darkness and somebody already knows him, not like it was a big surprise to someone that fakes having emotions. Well so far this realm seemed quite swell, fortunately he preferred the dark.

@Karcen

" Your very words prove why i am glad you didn't take part in making the world you likely would have stupidly screwed up the entire creation " Qan'cath said sighing at her less than impressive brother " You control death not evil you moron do you understand the difference between the two"" She asked shaking her head at her brother's lack of imagination " Seeing the future i can tell you now you sound like a human child trying to be cool with your whole dark and evil hell death thing you aren't they aren't ." She explained not nothing to bring up the images she could show from a possible future of said children " Now do you need anymore advice or do you need to go write bad dark poetry?"

(...Literally, what the hell?)

"Advice? That was more insults than anything," He laughed "I wouldn't have said that if I was any of what You just said. Who really cares? I came up here to visit and that's that, there Is no cool act." Death explained to her since obviously she could not take a joke. How hard was it to explain simplicity to people. To him she seemed like a miss know it all trying to prove everyone wrong. He would say that what she said was complete, absolute and utter stupidity but You don't go to another's realm and tell them how ludicrous they are.

" You likely wouldn't have said anything you have to much being dark to do" Qan'cath said sarcastically not exactly looking highly on the other gods retort. She really did look down on this god of death and darkness he seemed like something made to scare children, do your chores or the reaper will get you. She would not be surprised if he wanted to destroy the light and rule as the king of gods. " Now do you have anything important to ask me unlike you i have things to watch and people to take care of not all of us did nothing with the world"

"Unlike you I have people to punish and things to do. Time is precious my love, don't be silly and a smart ass." He retorted once more in hopes of keeping this game up for a while. It amused him to hear what people had to say about him because in truth no one is or was innocent. "I'm here for a friendly visit, do you mind if I help myself to whatever? Such as a drink? Apparently that is a custom anongst the living." Death asked in an almost sarcastic tone, already looking around her fairly astonishing realm.

@Karcen

" Don't you have people to pointlessly punish?" Qan'cath said sarcastically not really bothering to stop the other god for looking over the vast empty shelves or from running into the few spirits of the Eldrazi that had died thus far in history, her isolation of them had kept them all hers in death. " Or is punishment just that dull to you controlling half the afterlife must be so very hard for you " She said showing no respect for the rude death god really he was just an inconvenience that judged on subjective morals something that annoyed her and she saw him as a rather regressive force in the end as simply punishing other was a waste of time to her. " Now how abotu you contribute something to the world other than just being a scare tactic that would be just as effective if you didn't exist?" She said being slightly more serious about him doing something positive for the world.

"Ah but you see, and I'm sure you already know this, but I am more convenient than you think. The natural cycle of life needs Death and you cannot stop that. Complain all you want, it won't change why I exist. Now my dear...About that drink?" He said, delibrately trying to piss her off. It was the same cliché most said about Death needing to exist, blah blah. "I know you dislike me but I'm here so why does it matter. Perhaps I could get the stuck up sarcastic know it all god to help me out with that. In all seriousness, I could help. I don't want to help. Any I just might take you up on that offer."

@Karcen

" Death isn't necessary in truth we already have two immortal races it wouldn't be hard to convince the others aside from Koz to alter their plans" Qan'cath said " But if you are not here for help and not goign to do anything but chatter on leave" Qan'cath said not being of to suffer fools there was a reason she had her people run on merit you needed to prove yourself and thus far death had proven nothing. " After all i have all of time to run and without time death is impossible" She said " So if you want to remain relevant go prove that is should even care about what you say ' She said a door appearing in front of death.

"I already have my dear...I already have." Said Death before disappearing in the blink of an eye. Back in the 9th Hell of Yomi Death began to think of what to do. She was in a sense right about not contributing to creation, simply because he didn't care about it that much. He would say he contributed but apparently that wasn't enough so he began working on a landscape where his own people would live when the time came. First Death made the Iishi Mountains, some of the coldest and most weathered of places where great storms would hit and darkness spreads throughout the land, soon to be the home to the follower's of Death. The Iishi was the largest mountain range known so far. He create mountains going on for miles of all different sizes. But it was too barren without anything else, too cold for anything to survive so Death said "I shall bestow my own beings upon the Iishi for them to rule over and wreck havoc amongst it's slops." And thus a forest of old, withered trees and never ending fog at the base of the mountains was created for Hollows to roam freely and the Shadow Oni to watch over it. The forest itself was as large as the mountain range itself, going on for miles and miles, mushrooms and various poisonous fungus growing in some parts and caves being found near the summit of nearly each mountain. Looking back on his creation Death felt the need to create his own race, guiding them and showing them himself the secrets of survival eventually.

OOC: Uhm Sorry I won't be able to write anything today as I am busy , however the PM with the points will be today also you will be able to post now

Iva left her realm and went into her sister's realm. She had planned to do other things and she had made it seem like she was going to make something but she randomly verged away from it going in her sister's realm. She had hoped to surprise her, then Iva said, "All knowledgeable Qan'cath, I wish to make a new species with you. What have you to say?" @Karcen

" AH there you are I was beginning to think you would not show" Qan'cath said " Though your coming was told your idea wasn't, or well it is one of many, you would be surprised what you can come up with" She said as something of a joke despite it being true. She could see every possible reason someone would come to her realm especially the gods as gods were subject to their domains just as much as their domains were subject to them.

" Anyways what did you have in mind, for i have seen many interesting things that may come about of it and i have a few that i would rather have happen" She said being vague to have some form of playfulness she didn't often show to other gods, well most had come seeking advice or she had no respect for them.

"Well, Qan'cath, I have made two races already and many animals. I wish to make an all female race, to show our strength over men. I was observing the uniqueness of your race and desired your help." She smile and the goddess, showing her intent was true. "I already have one immortal race bond to the earth and one whose souls come to the afterlife, I figure we can do much more. I also think this race should be one capable of challenging the wrath."

" Ah yes the Wrath an annoying species if ever there was one" Qan'cath said seemingly having the same negative view on Koz's children that her creations did. " We should have an answer to their bloody rampages and i have just the idea." She said before using a spell to display her idea a winged ethereal humanoid. " I have been thinking them up, though they lack a name and a few finishing details.... I intended the idea to be a gift for just this idea, though them being our daughters might send the same message" Qan'cath said " Well that is if you like them"

"Hum... That will, yes that is perfect. " She said looking at the images in front of her, she cupped her hands together thinking of gifts for this new race. A light formed in her hands and she put it out i front of them. This orb of light contained Iva's gifts for this winged creature. "Well, they shall be the Alkira Micol. I have put their gifts out before us now all thats has to be dones is for you to add your gifts and their bodies shall be made. However, where shall we put them?"

" They can stay in my lands, we can raise tall mountains for them to fly in " Qan'cath said summoning forth her own orb of energy that was blue and covered with swirling runes and added it to their children. She gave them their ethereal bodies so that they could not be harmed except by magic empowered weapons, and gave each one an innate knowledge of different magic. " They shall be great warriors that will seek out knowledge of the battle field, but they shall be more honorable that the wrath and not seek to slaughter those weakened by god storms. In time they will become the world's angelic protectors. " Qan'cath said revealing a little bit of a good future though she did play it up it wasn't like they would ever stop all harm just they would be there to fight the "evil" on battle fields. " An fitting engagement gift wouldn't you say so?"

"Engagement?" She thought for a moment, the all seeing goddess must have seen the future, and if she had then there was no reason to resist it. "I would say so, the others will envy us. I will raise the mountains in your land so that you may preserve your power. They will stand tall enough to challenge those of Bara, I hope they inspire him to create even more splendid creations." Iva looked out of her soon to be wife's realm and into her land. She held up her land and the earth began to shake as she pulled up great pillers that went through the outer north middle of the land. The center of the mountians had the tallest of the pillars were she suspected the Alkira Micol would be placed.

(Now time for some good ole story telling :D )

Many a years later Death found that his land seemed...Empty, lacking something but he didn't know what. But of course it seemed foolish not to create a prominent realm first, and thus he divided Yomi into 9 Hells. Each hell having a specific purpose for the puishment of each soul sent there, and him to rule over it. Even this wasn't enough to satify what lacked so much. "If only there were something to carry out my legacy and follow under my comand.....Of course, life! I will create the Xonians, my own children, and gift them the Iishi as their home." He declared, leaving Yomi for the first tine to riam amongst the living. But it was not possible, for if he were to enter the land of the living he would no longer be in the shadows. His solution to this was taking in the form of a skeleton in black boned armor, shrouded in a black mist which would not go away. "How I must resort to this gutteral form!" Said Death, his voice deep and no longer a whisper. Instead it was nearly demonic. After trekking to the top of the highest mountain in the Iishi he gazed down below, Hollows and shadows alike coming to the base of the mountain to hear his word. His voice boomed as a dark cloud swept over the land and that night 10, 000 Xonians were created from the wood of the trees and the black blood of Oni.

As time passed he gifted his people with a special ore called Dakrum and showed them how to make weapons and even taught them how to call upon the creatures of Yomi and manipulate darkness to a certain extent. . The last thing they needed was a home so they weren't wanderers so Death gave them Dreojedin, a city the size of a kingdom. The towers were made from giant Hollows, killed by the Grim Reaper and formed into them. The city places were made from Dakrum, some mixed with alloys to make it have a more great look to it. And truly it was a sight to see...

Years later

Death arrived once again in Qan'cath's realm, surprised to see his sister Iva there. "I see you are occupied but I ask of a favor my dear. You see I wish to gift the Xonians with magic so they may use it to reach great lengths and conjure weapons. Might you be able to help me do such?" He asked, a sudden scythe appearing in his hand fir no apparent reason.
