"Yes," she said, beaming. She was making him nervous, the way he bit his lip, his uneasy tone. She needed to rebuild their trust. Fast. But she also needed to bring him to the Fire kingdom. He could be useful, he probably had some information about other survivors. And even if he didn't, at least the world would be one survivor less.


Just then, she had an idea. "Come on, I know where we can go." And with that, she hopped off the tree and headed straight into the forest.

Aria was taken to one of the generals, he was surrounded by his counselors and more guards. The fire nation was very proud of their nation but when it came to a hybrid they showed some fear without intending to. The peace and calmness in Aria's eyes took the general aback a little bit, it was the first time he summoned her after three months of her being captured, he needed to do some research without interrogating her.


''Your father was a rebel, he didn't show any pride of being from the fire kingdom, he received his punishment, he was a traitor'' one of the general's counselors started with disgust on his face, the general didn't speak, he left a room for Aria to fend for her father. ''I never knew my father, so I don't think i can contradict you my lord, but i don't also think i can trust that what you say is the truth, I am both fire and air. I am proud to be both. This blood massacre has to stop'' a cyclone of both fire and air erupted in front of them, the air didn't extinguish the fire, nor the fire disturbed the air, it was a perfect act of harmony. '' peace can be restored, if you don't want peace, then i will not be afraid to fight with all the nations combined to restore it, the proud Fire nation has brought shame to it's history.'' The calmness surrounding the young air general's voice made the fire generals feel mocked. ''that is why we can not allow a hybrid my lords'' one of the counselors uttered, Aria smiled her eyes screaming mutiny: ''the proud Fire nation is afraid'' after saying these words her cyclone disappeared, for one of the guards hit her with the back of his sword on her head and she passed out crumbling to the ground. The general shouted at the guard for acting without orders, Aria was taken back to her cell, the general's thoughts were puzzled between killing her, and actually making peace.

Lyra stuck around the prisonas she smiled at the other prisoners. She then told them, "Too bad your kingdom is now basically ruins." Lyra could see the hate in their eyes as one reached for her. "I'm only joking. Well, not really." She pushed her hair from her face, and skipped towards Aria's cell. Will she come back? Soon enough, the doors opened as she quickly hid as they opened her cell and locked it before walking away. Lyra walked over to see her unconscious. "Hey, Aria. What happened?" She sat down in front of her cell and looked down at her with her amber colored eyes. "Are you alright? Hopefully my father treated you well."

Thea saw Irene come back with another survivor and nods. "This could work well." She was a bit annoyed how Irene was more of the leader, but didn't say anything to show her jealousy. "We should get going. We can't stay in the same place for long." Thea threw her bag over her shoulder, and looked at their newly formed group. "If we do defeat them peace will come...finally." She knew that each of them has their own story to share along with different personalities and attitudes. Will it work out? "So first things first, the hybrid prisoner." Thea had much interest to go to the Fire Kingdom's prison system.

Jake was a little puzzled when she got up and said " I know were to go" but he decided just to follow. Jake could easily get ahead of her but yet he does not know the way to get there well....... he does even now were there going. Jake started thinking and then he said "hey I don't know your name and were are we going?"

Slowly waking up Aria smiled reassuringly at the girl who appeared worried, she put a hand to her head and looked around the other cells to see people looking at Lyra with hate, ''It's ok, your father didn't say one word to disrespect me'' it was true, the head general did not address Aria in one word, instead it was his counselor who disrespected her and his guard who hit her. She was a little bit dizzy from the hit. The prison system was really complicated, the fire nation was famous for it's war tactics after all, she sighed looking at Lyra not knowing if she can trust her. ''Are there any more survivors?'' she proceeded to ask. ''other than the ones in here i mean'' one of the prisoners was really angry at the way she handled things, and how she spoke to the fire wielder as if speaking to a friend, ''she will betray you'' he shouted. ''no peace! we will not have peace if the fire nation stayed in charge" another prisoner shouted. Aria rested her back against the wall: ''being proud of who you are is important, but knowing when you are wrong and admitting it takes some real pride and belief in your costumes'' her words were addressed to Lyra, the prisoners seamed to trust the young general for some reason, she didn't want to break their trust, nor did she want to inflate it, for even she did not know of her destiny.

It annoyed Maxi that he wasn't able to take his rightful place as leader because of his stupid injury. It also annoyed him that Irene was the leader. Anyone see could be leader but no it just had to be her "If I didn't have this dumb injury Irene I would be in charge not you. But since you are temporarily, what's the plan? How are we supposed to break into a Fire Nation base and free a prisoner without getting caught?"

"That's good. He's a good man." Lyra nods as she treats her father with respect. "I don't see him often." She listened to Aria's question, and answered, "Yes. Many survivors are alive." Lyra eyes the prisoner who said she would betray her, and shot fire towards his cell. "We will prosper, with your support or not. It's not like you can leave here anyways." She said to the other prisoners as she faced Aria again when she spoke. Lyra thought about what she said as she replied, "I was taught and raised this way. I do not believe in betrayal. It's unhonorable." She looked at Aria and saw thay she doubted her. Of course she did, after all her kingdom killed many people. But wasn't it for the best? That's what she'd been told. "You can trust me."

Betrayal is un honorable to a fire wielder but if Lyra was loyal to her nation it meant she would betray her new friend, and vise versa. Aria smiled at the determination that was in Lyra's eyes, the young girl didn't know what was coming, and she was raised a certain way that after 17 years Aria knew she was not going to be able to change the way the girl was raised. ''TO HELL WITH THE FIRE NATION.... TO HELL WITH FIRE'' shouts filled the dungeons, all the prisoners were starting a riot, with Aria there they started feeling more confident, she however did not open her mouth with one word, she wanted to tell the prisoners that this won't help, but seeing the looks on their faces she realized that even if she spoke they wouldn't stop. the hate in their eyes reflected in their voice, and they all started shaking the bars of their cells and hitting them with their powers but to no avail.

"We still need to go to the bar first that's where the man has the map."she said in attempt to regain Thea's memory of it. "Without the map I don't think we will get that far."

"If you need anything, I'll try to help." Lyra smiles at her and knew that Aria didn't have much trust in her. She frowned as the prisoners chanted, and stood up. "You ought to stop chanting. I'll call the guards." Lyra could tell that they weren't listening as she passed Aria a loaf of bread. "I'll be back later." She went towards one of the otger enterances, and proceeded to tell the guards with a lie about hearing the prisoners rebel, with the exception of the hybrid. "She's a smart one." Lyra adds.

"Right. I suppose we'll be following you now." Thea crossed her arms as she looked at the others. She didn't like the idea of going to a bar, but she had to trust Irene.

"Sure, you lead the way!" Aki says enthusiastically, he finally is around those who wouldn't make fun of him. He knows that it will be a tough road ahead, but he ignores that thought, for now.
