Personality: Tends to seem a bit distant, but does have a caring heart under all his layers (figuratively and literally). He's prideful, but to a fault of being just a little-bit-more-than-a-tad-bit insecure. The average demeanor of a more emotional teen boy, though he's still fairly innocent and just a tad bit dense.

Personality​

Personality: (Optional) Franklin has been shown to be a very kind, yet gentle boy . He is pacifist through and through, shown when his first confrontation with the Celestials was to talk them down rather than trying to kill them, despite the threat to humanity and essentially the Multiverse they caused. Innocent to a fault and known to be a bit naive, he is described as a gullible boy who has a creative imagination and a open-heart . He was stated as least three times to be a entity of pure heart, shown when encountering Mephisto and the Man-Thing [post-Ka'dmon possession] . However, he can be shown with quite the temper and extremely sensitive in most situations . While his morals are at least grounded, he tends to follow his heart more than following his own mind , which usually results in him getting in trouble in one shape or form .

Adult Franklin is described to have a selfishness similar to his child counterpart, more than willing to help anyone he meets. Although, he isn't anywhere near as gullible, and for the most part wants to end fights before they even begin originally. He is somewhat arrogant, which usually allows him to hold back quite a deal more than neccessary . He takes things rather lightheartedly, but can be extremely serious when the time arises for it .

History: Being the daughter of death he tried to train her in his own footsteps but every time she failed he sent her to Hades to be punished. Being somewhat of a wildchild she was sent there fairly often she endured nearly years of punishment. She was sent more often the older she got until Death realized something, She was smiling in hades. She was sent there so often she had learned to enjoy her little visits. Eventually she escaped her father and now she roams the world trying to spread the joy of pain to as many people as possible.

History: Leader of the Cenarion Circle, The second guild of Hallerbos , He is rather old and not afraid to brag about it. He claims he is the strongest man alive and has yet to be proven wrong about it.

Looks: Prefers the form of centaur but can turn into anything he wants. He is covered in many battle scars since he prefers not to wear armor and is over all jacked.

Please PM me first if you want to play with an AAA Ranked player. As I said in the interest thread, roles like that, The Council that is, need my permission first so I can fit them in the underlying plot. However, your character can be a 'Coordinator' without permission. (A Coordinator is someone who's rank exceeds rank 'A', and is one of the many people who can watch over an official match if a Council member is busy.)

And on the tiers, they are solely decided upon victory loss ratios. Every new person begins as Rank C no matter how strong they are, as once inside the City, only battles matter. To go up a rank, you need 10 consecutive wins against someone of a rank one above your own, 5 against people 2 ranks above your own, or 1 against someone 3 ranks or more above your own. So if you're Rank C, and you win a fight against someone in Rank A, then you're automatically bumped up to Rank C+. But, only if it's an official match.

Word of note, starting now I'm limiting people to having a maximum of 2 Active characters, that is characters they're actively going to be posting about, until further notice. This is done to ensure that everyone will be able to participate in the RP and that the RP won't grind to a halt for days on end because someone decided to go on a vacation in the Andes. If you have more then 2 characters already, then don't worry, I won't force you to get rid of one.
