Annabel: "Well, I lost a lot of people that I care about." *Still hugging Clyde, and gave him a smile. "I am not taking the risk of losing the only family member I have left."
Annabel knows about Clyde being in the book. She isn't so sure if she is related to him yet.
Annabel is going to be all over Clyde once she finds out that the princess thing is true.
