jewlia submitted a new role play:

The Experiments - Supernatural test subjects must band together to endure the experiments and eventually: escape.

You're living your worst nightmare.

"Wake up, freaks." The warden's shouts echo through the containment area, "It's going to be a long day for some of you." You can feel his grin through the darkness.

It's recently been discovered by humans that supernaturals exist. Now, special task forces have been designed to hunt down and bring suspicious subjects in for interrogation. You were so sure that they had believed your lies about not knowing anything about "supernatural beings". But,...

Please let this be a dream. A terrible, terrible dream.

"Wake up, Ara..." A whisper from down the hall jolts her from the hour of sleep she managed to fall into. It's not a dream. Everything is so real; the screams from the Operation Room, the cuts and stitches all up and down her tired body, and the roommate she hasn't said a word to since he got here. Arabella turns on her side, clutching her ear so tight her nails dig in. The voices just won't stop. She knows that they're not of people, but of the dead. The ones like her, supernaturals, that have met a tragic end in this hell hole.

"Ara..." Her nails dig deeper, sending blood trickling down the back of her pale neck. She wants to scream, but she knows that doing so will only attract their attention towards experimenting on her.

Wesley was in more pain then he ever imagine who knew that mortal instruments would hurt so much. When he awoke in his room he was all alone in such a small space. There was another bed with a girl on it with white wings. " oh god he thought they put me in here with an angel." she hadn't woken up yet so he remained quiet until she wakes up.

The muffled sounds of a man protesting became louder, and louder, as a loud buzzer went off by the cell which Arabella was incarcerated in. The door swung open in a very ginger manner, as two guards pulled off the bag over a tall figure's head revealing a white bone skull. His eye sockets were pitch black, and his jaw was hanging by the left socket. They approached the door, and uncuffed the man's hands, and tossed him into the cell. When the buzzer went off again, and the cell door quickly slammed. Jack picked himself up, and looked door at his new room mate. He wore an Atreyu shirt, with a pair of blue jeans, while his arm were completely covered in tattoos ranging from pictures, to lyrics. His body was steaming slightly, but he knew he'd have to interact with this new girl eventually. For now he had to worry about being in-between forms. He decided to return to his mortal form now that he could breath. He gingerly grabbed the end of his jaw bone, and returned it back to his socket. Soon after his muscle began to form over his face, and soon his skin began to cover the muscles. Once the process was complete he turned to the girl, and stared back at her with the same blacken gaze. " Name's Jack, and I probably just scared the f*ck out of you."

An hour after Jack gets thrown into a cell Rachel is dragged in fighting her captors, trying to shake them off yelling: "Let Me Go!..." The two men, one holding each arm, continue to walk her down the row of cells. She gets thrown into the cell and quickly the door is slammed shut and the guards walk away straight faced the entire time. Rachel runs to the bars and screaming out swears and stings of uncountable threats wanting to be freed having no clue where she was, why she was there, and what was going to happen to her she continued to yell out for her freedom and her rights that the old government gave her before they started to hunt the supernaturals. "I Deserve a Freaking Phone Call! Give Me My D*mn Phone Call!... Let Me Go Right Now!"

Arabella is stunned for a few moments, sitting indian-style on her bed, fresh blood trickling slowly down her neck. She heard Rachel being dragged into another cell, and raises her head as the wardens pass her cell. "Ara." She finally says after calming herself.

"What... are you... Jack?" She leans forward slightly, waiting for a response. Normally, she could dig into his mind, but she's too tired for magic.

Sorcha had learned fairly quickly to pick her battles. No matter what she did it would always end in pain. What she had to choose was what kind of pain she wanted to endure. At the present moment the fixation on the wild beast in cell 10 seemed to have broken for only a brief moment. It had been, from what she could guess, a whole day since they had dragged her from her cage. Maybe they had grown tired of fighting her? Then again it had also been that long since she had had anything to eat. Sorcha weighed the options as she lay on the dingy bed that was provided. She listened to the struggles of the others throughout the facility. A girl was crying, another protesting. She didn't mind the noises, the groans, the bitter cries. All it meant was that it wasn't her. A selfish thought to be sure, but in this time she couldn't afford to be empathetic. What she did mind was the horrid boredom that went with being locked in a cell for hours on end. Alone.

The second-in-command warden, Ryan, paces the hallways, grinning through the bars at the subjects. The dim light reveals a terrifying fang-like tooth, making him look almost inhuman. His knife and beating stick are both strapped to his legs, both still having dried blood on them. He checks a list of names.

Chiyo was running. Her boots clanged against the metal floor of the facility. Her throat, legs, and lungs burned from exhaustion. It's no use... I should just give up, she thought. A moment later, she tripped and fell on her face, busting open her lip. Her cat ears flattened down as she stared up at a police officer. She saw him grin slightly, before everything went black.

She could hear tapping. No, not tapping. Steps. Footsteps. She opened her eyes slightly, peering through her eyelashes to see that she was being carried over the shoulder of a man. All around her were cells full of other supernaturals. She tried lifting up her head, but she felt it to be too great a task, and let her head flop. A minute later, she was thrown into a cell that already had someone inside. However, she was too tired to even open her eyes. She just laid on the floor, body aching all over.

" Give me a moment, if don't mind, and also you bleeding." His voice was of mild Irish tone, but after a bit his body began to heavily steam. Soon he crumbled to the floor in a pile of bone. Jack's skull looked up at the girl who was named Ara, after a few seconds his bones began to build up into a human skeletal form. His head was left on the floor, but his body bent of, and gingerly pick it up. The body of gently placed the skull in front of Ara, then made its was to the other bed where it crumbled back into a pile of bones. "As for what am I. I do believe I'm a human like you. In this current stage I'm a skeleton." His voice was the same as his human form.

Rachel takes note of the warden walking as he passes by her cell, reaching out at him she yells at him "Hey! Why The F*ck Am I Here!?! Let Me F*cking Go! I Have Rights! And as a police manor whatever its your job to protect those rights, and right now you'redoing a pretty horrible job."

Chiyo's cat ears twitched as the person in the cell with her started yelling. She finally found enough strength to at least sit up and look at the person. To her surprise, it - she - was another neko. She winced, her ears flattening and her tail drooping. Along with yelling, she could only hear a painful ringing.

She could smell the warden before she could hear him. He reeked of blood and violence. Sorcha despised him. Each footstep made her more anxious of his approach. She leaned her head back against the wall of the cell and closed her eyes. Perhaps if she pretended she didn't exist the warden would pass her by. She was glad to hear someone yelling at him, drawing his attention away. Good. Let the fool learn just what her rights are in this hell hole.

As the warden passed the girl's cell, her hand reached out. He swiftly grabs her arm and pulls her hard against the bars. "You would do well to stop yelling, little neko." He shoves her back in. "Please keep your limbs inside the cell, or next time," He gestures to his knife. "You might not be so lucky."

Arabella nods, and waits for him to get as comfortable as possible in a place like this. She rubs a hand over her bleeding ear. "I'm aware." She cringes at the sight of the skeleton in front of her. "Sorry. It's hard to get used to." She lays back down. "So you'd still consider yourself human?"

Chiyo shakily stood up, her knees nearly buckling out from under her. She faced the other neko. Might as well introduce myself, she thought. "Er... Hello... Uh, my name is Chiyo. What's your name?" She introduced herself quietly.

Rachel falls back hitting the floor, she lets out a hiss in anger jumping back up and running to the bars, grabbing them in anger as she shakes the door just straight up screaming loudly filling the whole cell area all around with her cry She holds the cry out for a surprising long 2 and a hlf minutes before she finally falls down to the ground slumping up against the nearby wall. Rachel looks up and sees her cell mate and her ears go flat and she hides her face now feeling bad for what she did since she didn't consider the close proximity of the girl and what she had possibly done with her loud cry and the other girls sensitive cat ears. She half whimpers whispering her response back muffled as she hides her face in her curled up lap "s-s-s-sorry... i-i-i'm Rachel... O-o-o-or Kitty... Your choice of name/title.."

" I have about the same muscle mass, and skin as you do. So yes I do still consider myself a human. Ive been told by enough people its quite difficult to get used to a pile of bones which can actually talk back to you. But since we might as well get to know each other. I guess ill take a stab at what you are since, I suppose I should know what I'm rooming with. Considering your bleeding from your open orifices, you look extremely tried, and your iris are glowing…. Your a witch. " The skull began to examine her body, and especially her eyes, and body.

Chiyo's ears flattened, trying to block out the girl's loud screaming. Her eyes shut from pain. She opened her eyes about three minutes later, seeing her cellmate pressed up against the wall looking guilty. She must feel guilty about screaming when she saw I have sensitive cat ears, she thought. Her ears perked up slightly again. "Um... It's okay... You- you didn't injure my ears that badly. Don't look so guilty," she mumbled.

Ara ignores the commotion going on down the hallway, intently examining the skeleton boy in front of her. "Yes, I'm a witch." The pendant on her neck, in the shape of an infinity sign, glows for half a second. She looks him up and down before a thought dawns on her. "You're a... baykok? Correct?" She remembers reading about their kind a few years back.

Rachel stays in her little ball and mumbles back "I'm still sorry... I know loud noises suck.." Its at this time Chi finally realizes Rachel has cat ears as well but they seem almost glued to her head. Rachel slowly looks up after several seconds and looks up at her cell mate speaking really quietly "S-s-s-s-so w-w-why are we here?.... D-d-d-do you know?..."

"For the love of..." Sorcha growled. While it was impressive that the girl could hold the scream for two straight minutes it was not appreciated. She opened her mouth to tell off the neko, but as so as she had done so the screaming stopped. She wondered if the warden had done something. She could now hear a conversation a few cells down from her, between two new cell mates she guessed. She figured she had nothing better to do and listened in. What on earth was a Boykok?

"Sadly yes. So how long have you been trapped here? a few days?" His black eye sockets watched her intently as she was examining his skull. " Also if your going to try to read the inscriptions on my head, I wish you luck. Its in all old native scripture. I have my doubts whether you can read it or not. I personally can not read my own skull. So I can't translate it. But if you believe you can read it then by all means pick me up, and try. " The soul used the springs of the bed to bounce him in the opposite direction of the girl as he looked at the bars.

Rachel, huh?, she thought to herself. "I heard that they're doing experiments on us," she responded quietly. She sat on one of the metal beds (which were actually just be frames), running her fingers through her hair.

"I've been here for ..." She searches within her mind for when she came to this wretched place, before turning and looking at the scratches on the wall. Ara counts. "23 days." She swallows hard, and forces herself to think about something else. "I don't read old native scripture, and for me to probe your mind would most likely be extremely uncomfortable for you." She buries her dirty face into the pillow. "I'm also too tired."

The warden stops at each cell and throws in a paper bag for each subject, containing a small piece of bread, a can of beans, and a water bottle.

Arabella leaps off of her bed and grabs the bag, anxiously looking through it. As she stands up, she reveals several scars and wounds all up her body, mostly around the nape of her neck.

As the warden stopped at her cell Sorcha curled her lip into a snarl. She would make no move to hide her contempt for the man. She caught the bag and looked inside. "There's no meat." She glared at the warden. The beast craved flesh and blood. It didn't care what it was as long as it had once been living.
