Hmmm I am halfway with my mentor but I was thinking of either doing a evil sciencetist that does awsome inventions for crime but they turn out to be a great help on mankind like the evil junk food ray will multiply junk food ten folds but also works on veggies and other food supply witch ends world hunger

Yeah. There's a lot of different reasons someone can be considered a fuckup and a loser. Even if they're good in a fight they might be bad elsewhere. I mean, using real life as an example, even physically fit people can still be losers.

No, those are just roles that are exceptions to the "Your character needs to be an incompetent villain" rule :P  That way we don't end up with all of them being people who know exactly what they're doing cuz it's OOTT


Very few of the members of OOTT are actually good at being villains.
