The Elder Scrolls: Red Diamond {Rp}

She cringed slightly from being called a Falmer, this Altmer knows. Snow elves, especially Riara, hate Falmer. She crunched up her fist and released.

"Fair enough I guess."

She said taking her hood off.

"My name is Riara, I've lived longer than most men could dream of." as she giggled

"Some would say it's a curse, or a blessing. I still haven't figured out which one I consider it." She said softly.

"They help us identify and get your attention, I could just call you Falmer if you'd like." Kelkemmeriil Larethor said this knowing that the Falmer have a general dislike for the name. As he looked at her he saw a Dunmer Female out of the corner of the eye swapping his attention between her and the snow elf, awaiting an answer.

She stood next to him and said, "I am Lyrillia Telvanni, Duke of Vvardenfell, Lord of Red Mountain, and Archmagister of House Telvanni on Vvardenfell. Why does a Psijic wizard travel these swamps?". She was hoping to figure out who the man was and what was important enough for the Psijics to get involved in since they rarely interfered with anything.

Kelkemmeriil Larethor stood up and turned to Lyrillia, a Telvanni Wizard, He had not known her but it had been a long time since he was away from the house for such a long time. Flustered by her question he looked at his robes and remembered that he was wearing them, "Ah yes, the robes, a bit off-putting..." He sighed remembering his wife but picked up his attitude "... well it has been a very long time since I was in the order myself, but I know of this competition's grave importance and that is why I am here. Though I may not be a Psijic any longer I assure you this an unequivocally important mission. But where are my manners?" He remembered he had forgotten his introduction "I am Kelkemmeriil Larethor, ex-Psijic and Telvanni Wizard, Pleased to meet you." he took a bow.

Leo for many days wandered the rolling hills near Gideon. The Elk was plentiful, the climate temperate, and not to much in the way of disturbance. Mildly comfortable with where he was. As he traveled aimlessly, he had been haunted by visions of his previous life. Experiencing random bits of unexplained emotional pain. Leo had known it was time to leave the hills and head toward another location. Up the mountains.

He stuck to the tree line, his axe loosely resting on his shoulder, the stench of the marshes being looming close. He had anticipated Spriggans or even Trolls. Although, nearby, he noticed people gathered. People with weapons. People with an agenda? Leo gruffed and let his axe tighten in his fist at his side.

(I just kinda thrown myself in here. xD )

Lyrillia bowed in return, "An Altmeri Telvanni? Strange, aside from Mistress Eldale at Gah Sadrith you're the only one I've ever seen. I too have been feeling something off in Mundus and have just returned from an experiment of my own. Even if it doesn't have any impact now, I'm sure it will in the future when Time has come,"

@Locklaklazarii

Riara was a bit offput by the question. And hesitated before answering.

"Maybe another time, Vorngor, maybe another time."

Picking up her ancient Falmer bow that was laying beside her on the rock she was sitting on. It was a bit tattered and bruised. But, it still worked like a charm. And still looked exceptional. She inspected it, and replaced the broken string, and continued to conjure up Ice to keep her cool.

Creating ice to cool herself off isn't really a need, but, it is more of a habit.

Vorngor nodded to her a turned looking around and saw something faintly move in the distance. He took his two maces off of his back and walked a few feet away from the group,

"Show yourself!"

He shouted.

@SaintRaven367

He Looked at the Telvanni Wizard and spoke again, "It'll be nice to have you around, I'm not attuned to Mundus though I used to be. Speaking of noticing things it seems our half-orc has found something." Kelkemmeriil Swirled around to look at what was happening.

@Gadethyn Onmarothi

"That's fine, my specialty is with alteration so it's good to be attuned to Mundus, listening to the song of time," looking over to what the buff looking Altmer found Lyrillia bent the trees with magic to get a better look.

Kelkemmeriil looked at Lyrillia as she was casting the spell he studied her trying to figure out what the spell was she was using. After a while he reached into his satchel and pulled a skin bound tome and began to read from it attempting to find a knowledge about what she was doing because he had never seen it with such force before.

Leo's presence had been openly addressed. His heart thumped like a beating drum and he had no idea whether to feel threatened or docile. This group was well armed, Leo even knew whens fight was worth it or not. In a rage he sprinted toward the party, zig-zagging to make himself hard to hit, gracefully leaping over rocks, stumps, and fallen trees. His axe confidently clutched in his hand and heavy leap -- he was centered in between the armed party.

Lyrillia noticed the Altmer looking at her, and then the book he was reading. A Psijic wizard's book would probably be filled with esoteric and arcane knowledge. "Interested in something?" she asked.

@Locklaklazarii

Vorngor saw Leo advance on them, "A fight this early?!" He said as he ran at him maces ready to crush the orc. He intentionally weakened his first blow to him just to make sure he didn't kill him with one blow. As their weapons met he said to him in his horse voice,

"Come now fellow orc why do you attack us?!"

@SaintRaven367

Leo took the blow from whom he attributed, 'The Dark Knight' and followed up with a grab of the elbow and a swift kick to back him away from him. Leo swung his Axe aimlessly toward him to add space between him and them. He let out snarls as with his free hand, banging on the side of his own helmet striking his head.

"Why -- Why? Traveler! Who are you before me? Why do you cross my path!?"

He whimpers behind his heavy breathing and booming dark voice. This Mercenary was taller, but compared to Leo by the way of wide and tone was impeccable. Glancing at all in dashing jerking movements identifying his surroundings.

"Hmmm?" Kelkemmeriil looked up from the tome at Lyrillia "Oh! that spell do you know what it is?" he said rummaging through the pages rolling his fingers over the letters and symbols. He awaited her answer but still was searching for himself what it was.

@Gadethyn Onmarothi

"Damned orc I am half blood to you!" He said as he brought one mace down and then another aimed right at his axe attempting to sunder his weapon. Whether those strikes hit or not Vorngor didn't care he followed it up with a series of fast and hard strikes from his maces. Even though he was very tall and very muscular his attacks were fast and precice with the skill of someone much more trained in the arts of war.

@SaintRaven367

"It was a combination of spells, a mix of alteration and mysticism. My years of studying at Red Mountain has made me more attuned to Nirn than most. The terrain is my main weapon," Lyrillia kept going, "I think it has something to do with Lorkhanic powers being left over at the Mountain and them being tied to the very fabric of Mundus,". Lyrillia then looked at the fight going on, "Should we do something?"

@Locklaklazarii

Kelkemmeriil heard Lorkhanic and immediately shot down into the tome "Lorkhan, Lorkhan, Lorkhan... Ha! found it!" He then looked back up at the fight then put the massive tome back into his small satchel, which shouldn't have been physically possible. "Oh the fight, yeah probably." He walked calmly to the fight and evaluated the situation.

@Gadethyn Onmarothi

Leo blocked off many hits, but was side-winded and hit with more well timed strikes. He clashed his axe with his attackers mace and used his strength to stagger him back some paces. Leo breathed heavily, and stretching his arm out with magnificent force he throws the axe which splits into the trunk of a thick tree. He huffed and clinched his fists.

"I... Malacath has told me to come forth to these marshes..."

He struggles with some of his words and is obviously disturbed. Removing his helmet, he weakly tosses it aside to veal a white, milky eye and scarred face not so much green in color, but grey.

"Meeeeeead?"

"Malacath hmm?", muttered Lyrillia who wondered if he reenactment of Convention and her taking the role of Trinimac had caught the Prince's attention. She pointed towards a tavern not to far away from the group and told the Orc, "In that tavern waits an assortment of all types of alcohol,"

Leo looked in the direction in which the Dumer pointed. He gruffed softly, digging in his pouch, and with a open fist, were very few gold tokens, pieces of gold tokens, and an emerald amulet. He stared down in his hand and looked at the Dunmer, then at Dark Knight.

"The Tavern -- wont take Leo..."

Stumbles on his words and sighs, slowly walking to the tree to retrieve his axe from the tree trunk.

Vorngor sheathed his maces and took the axe out of the tree. He looked at it a bit and handed it to the orc,

"A fine weapon friend and a good battle we had. No wonder the likes of Malacath sent you. If the tavern will not accept you then I will go with you to make sure we get some spirits"

@SaintRaven367

Leo sheathes his axe and locked hands with the Knight. I smile arose from him and he nodded his head in approval to the merc.

"Leeeeo"

He brought his fist the his chest in a salute.

Kelkemmeriil looked to Vorngor and spoke, "If you are going to tavern could you get some absinthe?"He reached into his satchel for the skin bound book once more begging to rummage through it, looking specifically at the Lorkhan section.
