The Demonic Legion and The Holy Army [Inactive]

"Play more defensive. You need to let your opponent attack to, since you're using a sword it would be easier if you let your opponent attack a little too. Then your attacks are far too slow, you need to work with your footwork, make it quicker. Run up and down stairs, Jersey did that to make my footwork quicker," Lucifer explained to the boy as he nodded and walked back into the crowd.


"And... you almost scared the boy the death, it is a reason why we use wooden weapons... try to not go as far as to put it to his throat?" Lucifer asked Jersey as he had seen the terrified look on the boy's face, when the claws were at his throat.
 
"Right here," Lucifer said and threw over a pair to Jersey as they had been on the weapon rack along side other weapons, but he didn't expect Jersey to know as he's been gone for so long.


"Next one!" Lucifer yelled as a girl with her bow walked out of the crowd, ready to shoot at any time given.
 
The girl shot an arrow in Jersey's direction before shooting two others to both side where he was about to dodge, as she quickly fired her bow again, aiming at where she anticipated for Jersey to dodge next.
 
Jersey flew in the air, she was aiming somewhere else and flew In front of her and pointed his tail at her, his tail was normal. "You should study your opponent and take In the advantages he has like for instance my wings, so by noticing these details you'll have an advantage, your tactic was good but by noticing these details you can notice easily where they'll dodge next." He told her.

The girl nodded to Jersey's instructions as Lucifer smiled, he for once explained for the soldiers himself. It was nice to see that he tried himself.


"Luci, your hand. It's still bleeding," Maya said worried as Lucifer only smiled to her, ignoring how she still called him Luci.


"It's fine. Really, it was a wooden sword. It wasn't anything fatal," Lucifer said as the girl in front disappeared in the crowd, as another one walked out. This time a boy with dual wielding swords, but it was a different person than the one who attacked Maya. He went full speed ahead, ready to fight Jersey.
 
Jersey dodged each attacks and countered but they were blocked as he kept dodging and when the boy was to attack with both weapons at the same time he left himself open and Jersey tripped him and pointed his tail at him.

"Great job. You need to look a bit more at your opponents movement, especially when they block and dodge. Paying attention is important too," Lucifer said and smiled to the boy who put the swords back into the weapon rack and Lucifer walked up to him, showing him a couple of counter attacks as he had only attacked, and counter attacks were great when his attacks were dodged of blocked. As they finished, a girl walked out of the crowd hoping to be the next opponent.

The girl nodded to Jersey, slightly nervous as her stature was a bit poor, but she quickly pulled herself together. Even quicker, she began to charge towards Jersey with her sword in front of her. It looked as if she was going straight for Jersey until she changed position in the last minute, and slashed her wooden sword towards Jersey's side.


Maya looked over to Lucifer, still worried about the wound in his hand, but even more worried why it didn't stop bleeding. A wooden sword should not make a cut that deep, and definitely not bleed for so long. She sighed, Lucifer was far too stubborn to go the the medical bay, so she simply had to drag him there later. Hopefully Jersey would help, as Lucifer was stronger to her when it came to magic, and sword combat. Even though she would never admit that out loud.
 
Jersey was watching her movement and when she made a slight change in her movement he jumped backwards as the sword nearly missed him but he swiped the sword out of her hands with his tail and pointed it at her "Your tactics are good but you to practice more on how you use them." He told her and stretched.

"Finally, I don't need to explain everything!" Lucifer said as the crowd let out a small laughter at his joke, the same did Maya as she knew Lucifer was usually the one explaining everything when they sparred. He was too good at it, even though he didn't want to admit it himself. "Okay! Next one please!" Maya yelled as a boy walked out of the crowd, holding his daggers in front of him. Quickly running up towards Jersey, hoping to make an attack as he jumped and tried to kick first, before he slashed with the wooden daggers.


"He's really showing them no mercy... Shouldn't he pretend to be hit at the very least?" Maya asked as Lucifer smiled at her remark, she was a strategist after all, she wouldn't know these things.


"If he gets hit, he'll show his own weakness. We are leaders because we are the strongest, that's also the reason why we need to show them. Plus, he is holding back. If he didn't all the soldiers he sparred with today would be laying scattered on the floor, in pieces too probably," Lucifer said as Maya smiled. She should have known that, but it was great to see Lucifer speaking seriously for once, as those times were getting rarer and rarer.
 
Jersey sidestepped and the boy missed, once the boy tried to get up jersey pointed his tail at his face "you gotta plan, that kick would have been very useful if you threw one of you daggers at me and then tried to kick, that would've been more efficient so try to plan out your attacks more." He told the boy.

"U- Understood sir!" The boy said before he disappeared into the crowd, and Maya looked down at her clock quickly as she realized it was a good time to end it there. They could always return at a later time to check up on the soldiers as they were going to spar a couple of hours longer, at least according to their schedule.


"Okay! That's it!" Maya shouted to the crowd, as they all bowed and thanked all three of them for coming to spar with them, and slowly, but surely the crowd disappeared into couples where they all sparred together. The boy who had attacked Maya earlier was also nowhere to be seen, but it was hard to spot out one boy among so many.


"Now Luci~ Medical Bay," Maya said, very serious as she turned to Jersey, hoping he would back her up on her idea to get his wound checked.
 
"Well that was very convincing..." Lucifer muttered as Maya pouted, looking as she was about to cry. Lucifer sighed and gave up. She was worried, and nothing could compete with her puppy eyes. "I'll go... but I promise you they will say it was only a scratch amd ask why I came," Lucifer complained as Maya immediately lit up. "Great! I'll follow Jersey then! See you in a bit!" Maya said as Lucifer walked towards the medical Bay and quickly followed after Jersey.
