Elective surgery... Which means they're a hell of a lot more reluctant to operate on me. Eh, I live in Britain, so the massive waiting lists and stuff is worth it for free health care~

Yep! It's nothing major, all keyhole surgery - I'll be under general anaesthetic for 20 minutes maximum.
They can remove everything with only 3 holes! Isn't that neat?
