  "I was born on a foggy night in Liverpool to a woman by the name of Emily Von Lickenshire (this name was my former surname before I changed it) at approximately 10:00 PM on August 12th, I suppose you could say I was a bit of a crybaby and was often whining. My mother was a strict but fair woman whom did her best to raise me, working 3 jobs in order to prove for my basic necessities in life without the assistance of a man. Till' this day I still have yet to discover whom my father was due to my mother not speaking of him often however it has never bothered me quite as much.
  
  
  I went to state school (a normal school, much like public school in American terminology) and was often taunted due to my fascination with birds and strange last name. My former classmates were cruel however I managed to befriend them once I expressed a common interest in rugby and managed to charm them with my meticulous skill on defense, I went to a prestigious College in Manchester and was able to graduate with multiple degrees in Psychology. I digress though, my dear Mother died of mysterious circumstances just as I reached the age of 24 and I was never quite the same after.
  
  
  It was when I began to explore the wonders of the human psyche did I become fascinated and started publishing various articles on my discoveries. One in particular shed light on the effects of mental deterioration on brain cells and from there, my work began to soar to new heights of psychological discovery. The money that I have made has come from my work in this particular field and without said knowledge I would have been a lowly psychologist which still renders me speechless today, I earned this estate and am proud to call it my own however it needs some form of life other than my own."

Alan is a bit of a mystery. While his personality would suggest otherwise, he prefers to never be alone. He has a very bright mind and can bring something unique to almost any conversation. His demeanor is what one would describe as very reserved, and he is a hopeless pessimist. This does not mean, though, that he never smiles; he is very fond of jokes, as long as others are making them, and will generally laugh right along when one is told. On the outside, he is all business, preferring not to speak with you (though he will) unless you have something intelligent to say and can think of a witty, deadpan remark for almost any occasion. However, confident women make him nervous, as do beautiful men. Internally, Alan is always fretting over something. He has a constant, irrational fear of death, and when in perilous situations, a new side of him shows forth; an angry, biting one. Alan is like a safe; one can talk to him for hours and still learn nothing about him, as he is skilled in bending conversation to fit his purposes. He rather hates it when people remark on his youthful appearance, feeling that it keeps him from getting the respect that he deserves. Above all, Alan is really just lonely, looking for someone who will be able to understand his fears and help him work through them.

Biography:

Alan was born in a small home in Dundalk, Ireland to Colin and Nancy Tyde one September morning. His father was an undertaker, his mother a maid. Growing up, Alan was terrified of his father's work, refusing to partake in any conversation about it. Anyone could have guessed from the beginning that he possessed an unnatural fear of death. Merely laying eyes on any dead creature, no matter how small, instantly made him sick as a child. However, it became truly apparent for him when, at the age of ten, he refused to any longer associate with his grandmother, whom he loved dearly, as she "bore an aura of death about her." She died soon after, and he did not attend the funeral.




By the age of sixteen, he knew that this was something that he would have to learn to deal with, and so he asked his father to let him begin an internship at his workplace. At first, it was truly the worst experience of his life, but, to his surprise and relief, he soon learned to find a balance. Death was still a ghastly, horrifying thing, yes, but it could be beautiful as well.


His deepest secret comes in around his eighteenth year, shortly before heading off to college in the United States. By this time, he was fairly skilled in his father's trade. Alan had a hopeless adoration for the young woman who lived next door to them, a young girl named Caitlyn who lived next door to the Tydes and who was also, as you might have guessed, happily taken by another, admittedly more attractive man. As fates would have it, one summer evening, when she was coming home from work, Caitlyn was involved in a fatal car accident, her body sent to the only undertakers in town for embalming. To avoid a long and detailed explanation, let us just say that very questionable things happened the night before the funeral.

Since then, Alan has made a way for himself. He studied business and literature in college, graduating with honors and beginning his own undertaking business in Detroit, Michigan. He also published a successful book on the beauties and horrors of death, which earned him a fair amount of money and even a bit of fame.

Noel is relatively healthy and fit. He keeps himself in shape at all times, even if it's the holidays and he happens to gorge in a large amount of food. He also likes to keep himself clean shaven, however, sometimes he forgets to shave due to his busy schedule.

He's not the nicest and he's not the meanest, but if you ask anyone about Noel, they'll probably tell you he's, at least, a charming guy. Because he has a way with words, though without realization, he attracts those around him like a moth to a flame. It might be the mysterious air or the slight sadistic actions that draw people in, but either way, a person can't help but find themselves involved with him.


Noel's also very loyal, which is one of the reasons his foster family isn't behind bars. He will continuously watch someone's back, even though he was ultimately betrayed by them. There's always a reason for Noel to trust someone, be it the worst or best one.


While Noel generally sticks to smoking his cigarette than making friends, he will help someone he sees that needs it. Maybe there's a homeless man who needs food, or a pregnant woman that needs help up the stairs, Noelle will be there to assist in any way.


Noel's small good deeds are his way of atoning for his sins and actions. Coming from a dark life, he feels it's his duty to make sure other's don't follow the same path. Sometimes, however, his good acts are too much for him as they remind him of the past, and so he'll go into a state of depression and aggravation. Best to stay away from him then, ladies.

|BIOGRAPHY|


Noel was born in Adelaide, Australia to Teresa and Robert McBane as their only child. He grew up in a relatively peaceful home until one fateful night at age 9, there was a terrible accident that took Mr. and Mrs. McBane from this world. Young Noel happened to be staying at a friend's that night and didn't hear the news until early morning. Upon learning of the incident, Noel's aunt and uncle adopted him into their family.


The Richardsons were not the benevolent people they made themselves out to be. Both Mr. and Mrs. Richardsons, and their two older sons, abused Noel as if he were a servant and punching bag. He'd always go to school with a new bruise, some coverable and some not. When his friends and teachers asked how he'd gotten them, he'd reply by saying he hurt himself.


As Noel became older, he became more and more broken. Around the age of 15, he tried to commit suicide but ultimately failed when the eldest Richardson some barged into his room and knocked the boy down, beating him for attempting to do something stupid. Those words seemed to awaken the demon inside Noel and he fought back, nearly killing his elder brother. Because of the near death, Noel was taken into custody and spent the next three years of his life in Juvenile Detention.


Juvie only seemed to increase Noel's urge for power and danger. When he got out, he immediately found the nearest gang and joined them, learning how to complete the most dangerous crimes. It was also around that time when he began drinking, which would lead to his alcohol addiction. He never got extremely angry when he drank however, but simply enjoyed the way he could feel and forget everything.


Around age 21, he met a woman, in what most would say a cliche fashion, through the gang. She was the absolute opposite of him, kind, caring, optimistic, outgoing. Her sudden appearance in his life made him realize what he had been doing all the years. Nothing.


While he still drank, he quit all the dangerous activities he was involved in and joined the girl in her passion, photography. Noel had always been one of photography and journalism, but due to his circumstance, he never chased after the activities. With the girl, however, he was starting to live a normal life.


After about a year of being together, the girl was suddenly admitted into the hospital and Noel learned that she had cancer. She had actually had cancer before they met but she never said anything because she was worried for him. Furious, upset, and slightly feeling betrayed, he left the girl one night to drown himself in alcohol. That also happened to be the night the girl died from her battle with cancer.


The death took a major toll on Noel, and he swore himself off alcohol because not only had he lost his love from his addiction, but he lost a part of himself. Feeling burden and hurt, he accepted the job offer from his boss at an Australian news company to travel to the States because he couldn't live with the memories and emotions anymore.

There's really not much to say about Farrah Harlow Abbott. She was born into a rather average family in Lyon, France. Her mother was a nurse, her father a lawyer. She was an only child, and her family was pretty well off. See? Harlow is normal...right? Well, let's just say that if you get close to her, you might find out her family's secret. Might.

Harlow is relatively short for her age; 5 feet 4 inches to be exact. It comes from her mother's side of the family. However, her blonde hair and blue eyes are definitely her father's traits, as well as her fair skin (her mother, on the other hand has dark hair and tan skin).
