Ace mentally face palmed. Yes, girls, prepare yourself to be flung overboard by a hybrid with tentacles she thought and almost banged her head on the rails. She hadn't realized she was a girl..

She stared at him and blinked. "Oh my.........Will you snap out of it!" He was holding a drink in his hand she took it a dropped it into the ocean. Then turned around and looked at him with her arms crossed.

Recan climbed down from the ratlines and landed in a crouch. Standing he walked over the side of the ship and leant against it to look out at the sea. Dark clouds were taking over the sky and the monster was getting closer. Shaking his head as he listened to others he stood straight and walked toward the captain. He stopped behind him looking down at the floor his hands in his pockets. "Ye arnt the best captain out there. That's for sure. Ye'r a drunk and can be an idiot but sulking about it won't do a thing. Man up Cap. We got a monster to fight."

Elijah vomited again, then growled as he took his usual demeanour "all men to positions!"

Ace got kind of pissed at the group. The Lusca was setting in, yet here they were, arguing over the captain.

Recan grinned baring sharp teeth. "That's the cap I like to see!" Turning he was about to run when he realized something. Stopping he meekly looked over his shoulder."Um..Cap where should I go."

"Get on the swivel gun ya yella bellied fool!" He called out, grabbing a musket and standing on deck "first mate, take the wheel!"

"On it!" She runs up to the wheel. She puts her hand on the wheel ready for anything. "All set here!"

"Haha." He rubbed the back of his neck nervously. Giving the captain a thumbs up."Got it cap!" Turning he ran toward the swivel gun and got in place.

Was that seriously what the captain yelled out just now?


Dino raised his eyebrow in amusement, but then laughed lightly when he realized the captain's just drunk, and other crew members had gone over and told him to knock out of it.


Well, although he didn't see Ace doing much talking in passing down the message that there's a monster coming, the rest of them did get the message. He grinned when he saw the captain taking action and ordering around after much vomiting, but he himself did not move.


He watched as they approached closer to the monster and called out,


"I...Shall...Stay here and keep watch of the sea and monster while you guys prepare for everything!" Well, the real reason is that he didn't want to deal with cannons and all but he found his own reason proper too as he continued, "Somebody has to stay here and keep a look out after all!" He waved his telescope. He is a lookout.

Captain.. really? Ace grumbled in her mind. Wasn't Dino the lookout? She shrugged it off and starts mapping their longitude and latitude as the Lusca drew nearer

Roxie steered the ship. She looked at the sky. The clouds were getting darker. The monster would be upon them soon. She breathed in calming herself. She could feel her nerves. But at the same time it all excited her.

Nevaeh Watched the crew closely. She understood it was dangerous to soon face the Lusca, but still ran around checking on everyone. Though she was a quartersmaster, she still helped everyone with their duties. With the storm beating down on her, it livened up her mood.


She ran to each side of the ship looking over both sides. Holding her swords close by in their hilts. "It'll only be a matter of time..." She whispered looking into the black abyss of an ocean. Her quiet sigh taken by the wind as she sees heavy movement in the distant ocean. Is that the... Lusca? No... It can't be. She thought continuing to look.

The Lusca was nearing closer until it was right near the ship! Ace muttered curses inside her head and pointed out the figure underwater. A tentacle shoots up and grasped the side of the ship

Recan threw his head back and cackled as he saw the tentacle. Finally the fun has begun! Grabbing the swivel gun he turned it toward were the monsters tentacle was and began to wait. Come rear your head ye ugly monster. I am ready for ye.

Bella was carefully steering the ship. Until suddenly a tentacle shot up and grasp the sides of the ship. "Whoa!" She lost a little bit of control of the ship. She griped the the wheel trying to keep the ship steady.

Catching balance of himself as the tentacle grabbed the side of the ship, Dino's eyes narrowed with both anxiousness and excitement. He watched as everybody had their attention on the Lusca before frowning at the smell of rain, he looked up to find the heavy gray clouds over the ship and the winds that were gradually growing stronger and stronger, along with the unsettling sea waves. Thunder and lightning would happen sooner or later with some serious pouring of rain. He frowned and shouted,


"Beware of the weather too! A huge thunderstorm approaching! The ship might get upside down before the Lusca even destroy it!"

Elijah's madness kicked in, pulling a scimitar from his waist, he took a wide and violent slash towards one of the tentacles that grasped the ship "lads, bring some black powder barrels to the deck! Secure then as well!"

 

[Paravine]

More tentacles arose and slapped down on the ship. Waves of water crashed down upon them beating up everything in its way.


Ace kept her steady composure just as something rose from the water. A huge body with a shark head soared above the ship and snapped at the sails. Well, just as luck had it, the Daemon still stood but she knew that if another blow to it would result in the sinking of Titanic II

Recan grinned widely practically howling as he seen the head of that monster finally emerge. Grinning he spun the swivel gun to face its head the fired."I got you know you ugly beast!"

Bella did her hardest trying to keep the ship under control. But she was close to getting knocked off. "Shoot!" The ship was hard to control but she held her ground well as much as she could. "Whoa!"
