To explain my decision...
I view void as "a place where the laws of space and time don't exist/aren't followed". Therefore, following the idea of things having counterparts, I figured that a god of void would need a goddess of space/time to counterbalance him. After all, there can't be a rule breaker if there are no rules in the first place. I realize that there are already two godessess listed in the god of void's character sheet, but figure that we could simply have it so Nova did a goddess thing and simply reproduced asexually to create a goddess of space and a goddess of time to work together in her stead on the rest of the world while Nova was busy serving her father.
As far as chronologically, I just kind of shoehorned her into a space between the god of void and the god of death, so everyone from her down would just scoot down a spot. The only thing it really messes up is the number you're at, not any relative order to each other. Putting her as third born made sense, as again with counterparts, there needs to exist some rules in order for them to be broken. Nova had to be made before Angel, otherwise Angel wouldn't exist.

My second idea for Nova was to do a Greek thing and have her be a daughter/wife combo to Valsen, but I didn't think that would be well-received so I made her basically a secretary instead.
