All of us do have healing implements at the moment though. The only problem with me beating Sachi would be that I wouldn't be able to heal myself afterwards and the last guy would crush me with his 4 att./4 def. I seriously doubt I'll roll double sixes every time.

Personally I think not since, even if you weren't to meet the roll, she's swiping at a moving vehicle. She might aim for the head but in reality there is a pretty good chance it would hit something such as your arm or leg.

Yeah, and that roll would make quite a bit of sense with her having gone and swung out at a moving car. The probability of her hitting a vital spot would be minimal if not almost impossible.

The way sneak is explained in the overview, it is used to attempt to steal first hit from someone. It doesn't mention any use outside of first move.

You can sneak out of a fight too. Unless you have sneak, you can't flee from a battle.

Oh yeah, not that it matters in this context. He isn't running from you. He's trying to beat your face in.

I know I never said this, but no one can heal during a battle. You have to sneak out of battle, heal, then return full health
