Her eyes are a startling blue that could pierce people just like her words do and she has a few small tattoos that decorate her body, her more favourite one being an anchor on her wrist. She dresses almost exclusively in black, and she loves leather jackets and combat boots.

Carlos, or Carl, is tall and lean. He stands at six feet tall with a slight muscular build. Not so much that it rips through his shirt, and not too little that all his shirts hang on him. No, it's just the right amount of muscle and he'd have it no other way. He has slightly tanned skin, but that's mainly because of all the time he's spent on beaches and running around outdoors. His dark hair is almost always a shaggy mess but he does his best to keep it out of his dark, warm brown eyes. He is usually seen sporting various rock band T shirts and jeans, with the occasional flannel shirt or leather jacket. He never parts from his denim sneakers.

This also means that the person who has this specialization can understand the insane, and what anyone means by what they’re saying; they tend to be very good to console with. Fear Inducement: Causing someone to make them feel fear for anything they encounter. When around others outside of the mafia, he is easy going, kind, flirtacious, and a go with the flow guy. He and his little sister Joy grew up in Brighton with his grandmother and when he was recruited, he had to leave them both and misses them dearly. They are his most important women in his life. He had to do a lot of the heavy lifting when he was younger so now he is a bit lazier than he used to be but he thinks he deserves it. His secret is something that could cause him to get out of the special school but life comes with risks and life without risks is a boring one. Plus, he's a very smooth talker.

When she takes control of a creature, the animal's eyes become her own. So, again with a dragon, it'll be catlike eyes.

Brief Background:


The Henley's were the branch that lead the mafia organization in France. However, The Henley's were one of the few mafias that were leaders of their own country under the orders of their leader/boss in Russia: The Zolatanfi's. The Zolatanfi's were the biggest, most influenced, and powerful mafias in the country since the magic enhancing drugs originated from them. The Henley's weren't as strict and stern as other mafia organizations, they were kinder and fair. However, Adrien and Teresa may have been more lenient, but it doesn't mean they can be taken advantage of. They despised the supernaturals, never liking those "damned" creatures. As time passed, Adrien and Teresa slowly became stricter, especially since their first born daughter was brought into the world. To say they were shock that their child was mute was an understatement. They've tried all kinds of medicine to try to get the young child to talk, but nothing worked, including using one of their own products: the magic enchancing drugs. However, that only caused Elena to become sick and in the end, they stopped using any kind of drugs and medicine for their child. Instead, she was watched 24/7 to never be let out of sight.


However, at the age of fifteen, catastrophe plagued the Henley family as Elena's mother and father, passed away in a fight off against supernatural creatures that have invaded their territory, seeking blood and revenge. The only person who survived was Elena, herself. In the end, her uncle took her in when he heard of the events that had fallen in his family, taking care of her medical bills and welfare, and proving comfort and shelter until she reached the age to attend the Academy.


Appearance:

Elena was born with naturally dark colored hair that is a feature she had gotten from her father. Her warm, brown, chocolate hair goes all the way down to her waist. However, she cuts and dyes her hair from time to time, varying from shoulder length down to her waist, repeating the cycle over again. Elena could be seen with either sunkissed. golden, blonde hair, or her mocha brown hair. At the same time, she was graced by her mother with emerald, green, orbs that glistens whenever she's happy or estatic about something. Elena loves fashion, however, rarely would she have a chance to show off her fancy wardrobe since most of the time, she's either training or there isn't an occasian for her to pull out her fancy dresses, shoes, and make-up. Also, sometimes, she'll feel too insecure about herself to even wear those clothing style, so she'll hide it away behind her closet. So, because of her training, she opts to dress casually or whenever she wants to dress up a bit, she'll wear a skirt or dress. But, most of the time, it's either sweatpants, shorts, or jeans. Elena isn't too short or too tall, the perfectly average height, as she stands to be at least five foot and two inches. She could always be seen with a notepad or her phone, since she either communicates through her telepathic powers, writing, texting, or signing. Some people know sign language so she's able to sign very quickly, as others are able to keep up with the pace. But, sometimes there are those who would prefer her to speak through her mind, mentally sending images, words, or communicating through thoughts. Elena always wanted to know how she sounded like since. . in her head, she sounds perfectly fine, however, out-loud. . . that's another story. She can be a little bit tone-deaf at times, but because of that, she'd rather not voice her words out-loud. Elena is quite slim with a fit and toned build. She's not too muscular, but she's not too flabby, the perfect fit. She's an outdoorsy person, however, she rarely gets a tan, unless it's like blistering and scorching hot outside, however, she does bruise easily since it can be shown on her smooth and silky, white skin tone. Sometimes she likes her skin color, other times, she can't stand how she can't tan as perfectly as others. If only she could tan easily and have a brazilian skin tone, wouldn't that be gorgeous? How would that look on her body?


Elena has scar on her back from the attack when a creature contorted her body in different ways, causing her spines to curve the wrong way, her shoulders were uneven, and and many mishaps occured during the attack. She wasn't left unscathed. In the end, she had to face surgery, placing a metal chord on her back, the only physical remembrance that remained.

Other:


As stated before, Elena is quite an athletic girl, from parkouring to doing yoga. She keeps up with her daily routine so that it can help her focus and use her powers for a longer length of time.


She's sweet and a caring individual, always looking our for her teammates and classmates, despite her disability. The only close contact that she likes is hand shakes or holding hands with another person. Other than those two actions, she gets nervous if she's touched anywhere else on her body, especially hugging. Hugging results in her being able to hear thoughts she may or may not want to hear and it'll give her flashbacks of her past she may not want to see.


Elena is very fluent in French since she was born in France. However, she still loves learning about new culture, languages, and ideas. Sometimes, she finds solace in books and the outdoors. But, there are times when she feels the need to want to explore the outer walls beyond the protection, where the supernatural roams. However, it is forbidden.

That and the fact that his mother was a well known fighter In the first army (although she did not live to testify on that story)

Personality: "happiness is the most insidious prison of them all."


Brief Background: Sìn was born in the southern American provinces. Raised on the belief that his mothers blood, the blood of a powerful warrior, ran through his veins. Sìn was raised to be very cautious, calculative at all times. His father taught him to study patterns and appearances, he taught Sìn to play to his strengths.
