It is discouraged to play children younger than the age of twelve. To roleplay someone must be able to appropriately interact with other characters, as well as understand basic etiquette and have knowledge of their surroundings. It has been obvious in the past that characters younger than twelve do not often have a chance to develop due to their mental development and limitations. RPing Wiki

But in this RP, where most characters are going to be well older then her, she might be ignored due to others not wanting to deal with children.
