Testing Humanity (1x1) [Telios and SaphireTsuki)

Telas then started to wonder what if he was a Roronian...

Selena, for her part, still couldn't quite wonder about anything... she was just barely able to get herself standing straight on her own.

 

[Telios]

"Uh um... Is it ok if I ask about... Turning me into a Roronian?" Telas asked.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

Selena turned her head towards him, mind quickening bit by bit, and nodded. "What do you want to know?"

 

[Telios]

"I'm thinking about changing into a Roronian... But I don't know if I should really do it..." Telas said, thinking.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

Selena gave him a long, considering look. He wanted to know about the Romanians because he wanted to, potentially, join them? Well.... that was an unexpected goal. "I can't make that choice for you, Telas. I can tell you about us, I can teach you about our culture, but only you can decide if that is what you want." She wouldn't, even if she could.

 

[Telios]

".....What about on this weekend?" Telas asked.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

((D'you mean for the ceremony or for sharing their culture?))

 

[Telios]

(Ceremony.)

 

[SaphireTsuki]

"It'll take a while to get everyone here... but we might be able to handle it." A soft smile, unreadable emotion behind it. "So, do you want my family to do it?"

 

[Telios]

Telas nodded with a smile.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

"Ok. Then, after class, I'll start the calls to get them here!" She stood then, moving quickly over to a small book. "I hope I have all the numbers I need....."

 

[Telios]

Telas nodded eagerly.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

Selena smiled, found the proper page, and took a deep breath. Would he change after he became a Roronian?

 

[Telios]

"I'll be in my room." Telas said, standing up.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

"Ok, I'll let you know when it's time to leave." And thus she carried the book over to a phone, ready to begin calling them.

 

[Telios]

"Alright." Telas answered as he opened his holocomp.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

Selena called different branches of her family, an older sister, her parents.... all of them agreed to come and help with the ceremony.

 

[Telios]

Telas was researching about the ceremony in his room on the laptop.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

A half-hour of phone calls later and Selena bangs on Telas' door, "We need to go now."

 

[Telios]

"Now? Isn't school is a hour and a half later?" Telas asked, getting ready for the next class.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

((Lol, I thought it was an hour.. well, time to explain stuff!!))


"Well, today I have to help him set up. Each class we have from a different perspective, this week it's my tribe's view on relations with other species."

 

[Telios]

"Oh. Anyways..." Telas walked out with his backpack. "I'm ready."

 

[SaphireTsuki]

"Then let's go... next time you can leave whenever you want." A tiny embarrassed smile, "I just... don't want you getting lost.

 

[Telios]

"Yeah... That might happen." Telas chuckled. "This place is huge after all." He went to open the door for Selena.
