Testing Humanity (1x1) [Telios and SaphireTsuki)

Selena, hand now found by his, smiled with the tiniest of blushes... seriously, what was wrong with her? She'd only known Telas for what... a day? And already she was getting close to giddy from just holding his hand.

 

[Telios]

Telas was still not noticing what was happening. He was happy to be around her but he still couldn't say why.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

Selena closed her eyes, letting the scents of the area around her fill her mind, it was always nice here, but somehow more so with Telas.


((Yeah, I can keep going, but whenever you want to move forward.))

 

[Telios]

Telas stayed like this for a while before noticing this and chuckled. He slowly stood up, still holding her hand. "It's almost lunch, should we get something to eat and get ready for the next class?"

 

[SaphireTsuki]

Selena, who had been steadily but slowly relaxing just by being in his presence, nodded. "Yeah, let's go do that." She let him pull her to her feet.

 

[Telios]

Telas smiled as they started to walk back to the academy. Although they have to passing though the scorching heat for Telas again but he didn't mind, as long as Selena is by his side.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

Selena, this time remembering that he wasn't as acclimated to the heat as she was, grabbed a shade-umbrella, opening it as the exit the door. "Is this better?" She asks as the umbrella opened.

 

[Telios]

"Ah thanks Selena..." Telas smiled, grabbing the umbrella.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

Another slight blush, but she quickly brushed it aside in favor of saying "You're welcome."

 

[Telios]

Telas nodded with a chuckle as they walked.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

They soon arrived inside the main building, Selena telling Telas to "Place the umbrella in the receptacle, it'll let someone else use it if they need."

 

[Telios]

Telas nodded and closed the umbrella before putting it away.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

"Mkay, do you want to eat in the cafeteria or in our suite?"

 

[Telios]

"It's up to you, really." Telas answered, thinking.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

Selena nodded, taking his hand and heading to the one area she hadn't shown him in the tour of the first floor yesterday.

 

[Telios]

Telas followed Selena.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

Selena led him to the Western part of the building, which opened up into a large, three-storied, lunch area. There were glass-elevators and escalators to go to the top, but many stores on the bottom floor. "Here we are, the cafeteria."

 

[Telios]

Telas looked around the place. Is this a cafeteria or a mall? He asked himself in awe.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

"There are food stalls from almost every represented culture, I don't know if they've added a human stall, though."

 

[Telios]

Telas nodded, searching around.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

Selena moved to the Roronian stall, figuring that if he wanted something else he would buy it, and pointed out a certain table next to said stall, "I always eat here, so it should be empty."

 

[Telios]

Telas nodded as he walked over, looking at the stalls.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

Selena herself quickly went through the line, buying a vegetarian Mirage Salad, made from bits of it, and Jungle Juice, from the PaiPai fruit. She quickly sat down on the table, steaking it as her own yet again, and waited for Telas to join her before eating.

 

[Telios]

to knowing what to get, Telas had the same things as Selena did before sitting down next to her.

 

[SaphireTsuki]

Selena, now sitting with him, said almost apologetically "It's a bit... bland when you're first tasting it, but the aftertaste is worth it." She took a bite of the salad.
