A one-dot Terrestrial is exactly what this guy shouldn't be, and neither should one-dot Allies be really equivalent to one-dot Celestials (given that there's about a 50xp gap or so in between their power levels, at the very minimum). That's a little lame, but fine.


And yeah, I didn't really care about this guy being available all the time. He was intended to be a direct subordinate/observer that the Lover had assigned under Sin. Basically his right-hand man who sometimes commands the troops, as well as secretly being a spy for the Lover. Making him a base Terrestrial kind of takes a dump on a lot of that.

If I allowed you to side with more powerful exalts, all the balance between the factions would be quite screwed up.
