I know we're all still stuck in the tavern, but just to let everyone know, that is gonna change soon. I honestly don't mind how long people take to post, so long as I know everyone is invested and having fun!


Is that the case or are some people wishing things could move quicker / that there aren't as many rules?

To be honest, this is probably one of the most functional RP's I've been in. Most are just chaotic orgies of everyone slamming keys down doing whatever they want. That being said, I'm also not usually a fan of medieval based stuff (if only because I'm a huge Fallout fan more so than Elder Scrolls). I still find myself enjoying this RP more than any other particular one that comes to mind. In the end, the rules may restrict it a bit, but sometimes that's what makes it good dude.

The pacing is a little slow but I'm still enjoying everything.

I definitely have to agree with @Anaxial. The stability of the roleplay is wonderful, and the pacing is just perfect. Although there's always the flaw of waiting for the next person's post, the system you implemented works perfectly in my opinion. Like it was mentioned before, sometimes roleplays can get a little chaotic and unorganized from everyone trying to reply to each other at once.

Thank you guys for placing gym mind at ease. I really do hope that this works out. Being able to read linearly over the story is what I love about these mechanics. It just flows well.
