Your first question is a good one. I think I'll change that.


I had an idea about machines and magic. See, electricity doesn't exist. At least, now how we see it. I was thinking  that perhaps mages had the ability to construct cores, which could be some kind of power source. Cores are hard to come by, which explains an overall lack of machinery in this world. But dwarves have a bit of a secret, and that is that they are discovering the powers of steam. Nothing really steampunk-y, but they are learning new ways to do things. The rest of the world doesn't know this, not yet, which is why mechanics really only exist in the dwarves kingdom, where it is a rare yet respected position.


As for now, my character would take up jobs as a jack-of-all-trades, fixing things, building things, and the like. 


@Cailfox sorry for my lack of replying. I forgot to tell you that I had wisdom teeth out yesterday, and I was unable to think properly. But my reply will be out shortly.

@Cailfox I'm really enjoying this so far! So many things are happening at once, and I'm loving it. 


Perhaps we could bring some others into this? Y'know, maybe people who aren't doing too much at the moment. Perhaps Necrud could somehow lead others to the same place our characters are going. Or maybe dragonkin have odd manners and someone offends him, so he takes them prisoner and we collide at this dragonkin settlement. I dunno.

I'm using mobile and it's great (except the fact it's annoying to do html, that's why I don't make my posts fancier.). The only problem I have is when I write my posts, they look all the same text size, but when it posts the text size sorta gets bigger towards the bottom. I've tried setting it all the same but it's not working so I'm sorry if it's annoying you. I'll try to fix it soon.

Nah it's cool. I use mobile too especially during school hours, plus the fanciest I get is using bizarre word choice to make things sound nicer lol

well it depends on the story arc you care for


Evasus and Teftin are unreachable in a dragonkin village
Nacrud, Peter, and a couple others who's names I haven't memorized yet are in Grandalia causing commotion
some bad guys are also in Grandalia soon to cause some problems
Melody and Lady Adelaide are sitting in a researcher's guild in which adelaide is going to tell her a story of her adventures.


If I missed one I'm sorry, but the only one you can't join is Evasus and Teftin because they're in a village only Evasus kinda can find.
