Locations




The large continent to the right is considered uninhabitable, due to the Lost Wars that took place their. It shows the locations of where the Kingdoms used to be, some no longer here with us.





Karta-Starting area, all characters will be in an academy for a short time before being sent out. Karta was born from the remains of the original Kingdom it had overthrown, Restrium. Lead by the great king Kardius Arkentius, they have done their best to pay for the crimes Man has committed to all of the other races of Johega. Karta's people are quite adept with Magic, having many True Mage's being born within their city walls. Kartan's are a simple, but honorable people that are also renowned for their skilled soldiers and knights. Has a strong military but is hindered by the fact they are at war with their old allies, Muradon.


Oramesh-Home of the Orcs, one of the Kingdoms that is still neutral to the Krygen Crisis. Orcs were made by the God of Earth, Orem, in a mad attempt to create a race of his own. He despised them and considered them never worthy enough. Over many years, they became a powerful and proud race, not trusting any God's due to harsh treatment to the one that made them. They understand Krygen's threat to Johega but want more metal and resources as payment for helping out in the war, as well as more land for their people. The Orcs are warmongers, preferring to settle disputes with blade and axe, rather then simple negotiations.


Muradon-Muradon started out as a small, simple town but soon turned into a prosperous, powerful kingdom that rivaled Karta in power. At first, they used to be Karta's greatest allies, but, due to the one of Karta's Kings denouncing Muradon's practice of Necromancy, calling their art and practices an insult to the God's. This eventually lead to war between the two kingdoms and it's been a stalemate for over 20 years. The Muradonians are great warriors, renowned for their Necromancy and their heavily armored knights and their people are generally quiet, and blunt with their words.


Krygen-Krygen, also known as the Essence of War, was created by the king Kardius Arkentius in an attempt to stop all wars and conflicts. The animunculi has a mind of it's own and it wishes for nothing but endless war and destruction on all of Johega. He is the reason that the left continent in Johega, now known as the Ashland, is no longer inhabitable. Krygen has many Daimens and creatures as well as people who fight alongside him. He has returned after 200 years of being trapped within an endless Abyss and is now ready to reclaim Johega for his own.


Durfinion-The Durfinion Kingdom is currently the only kingdom that is holding back the spread of Krygen. The Durfinion's were founded by a group of settlers and became a powerful and influential kingdom all on their own. The Durfinions have a strong military, which has helped them keep the forces of Krygen at bay, but they are slowly losing their ground. Their king, Klerin, has requested assistance from all surrounding kindgoms.


Teronak-The Dwarves are a race that have many resources and metals that would be invaluable to the war effort, but the proud and stubborn Dwarves despise the Orcs and don't want to supply them with their metals, for fear that they will be invaded after Krygen is dealt with. The Dwarves have large stores of Fezfyte, which is the hardest metal found on Johega. Crystal-like in nature and appearance, the Dwarves are the only one who have the knowledge to refine this ore into a powerful and almost impenetrable metal. Only the most elite of their soldiers and Thanes are allowed to wear a suit of this prized and powerful armor. Their support would be more then invaluable within the war.


Tiak-Home of the Elves, these ancient people are currently sending aid and soldiers to the front lines to help the Durfinions, but their great warriors are not enough to quell the forces of Krygen. The Elves are one of the oldest races, but are currently split between two of the oldest families, on who should be in control of Tiak. Their cities are beautiful and only allow their own kind within their borders. The Elves have a superiority complex, due to their near-immortality and great beauty.


Dal Gablir-The Goblins, a despised and often mocked race, are actually quite bright and their Kingdom is a filled with many contraptions and mechanisms. The Goblins were one of the many races created by the God of Fire, Ingyas when he went mad and attempted to make the "perfect" race. He ignored them and continued making races, leaving them to dwell in caves and roam the mountains. Over time, they gathered and, despite their erratic and hoarding nature, they made a rather unique, distinct kingdom. Although they're small in physique and overall weak, they make up for it by making flying balloons and dropping bombs on their enemies, or, taming a Mountain Dragon and riding it into combat. They are refusing to enter the war due to the large prejudice that all the other races had given them over the years.


Domma-The Domma is a tribe of Amazonian Women who are rather ignorant to the outside world and the war that plagues it.


Vintla-???


Gavallia-The Gavallian Kingdom is home to what appears to be a race of sentient Golems, made from rock and stone. Although no real contact has been made with them, their help in the war with Krygen would prove invaluable.


Foravage-A "kingdom" filled with vagabonds, pirates and mercenaries, their only purpose is to cause strife to others and make themselves some money. These people are causing great difficulties with any naval support going against Krygen, since he has promised them power to keep the seas within his control.


Aybir-Land of the Daimans(Basically Demons). These powerful monsters remain neutral, but despise Krygen for killing their leader, Xan, in the Lost Wars. There are many different kinds of Daimans, but they allow no one but their own into their land. Simply putting foot into their hellish, bloody land is suicide.
