Taking Flight [Inactive]

Furrowing her eyebrows in confusion, Dara took Jack's sign as a signal to be quiet. So that's what she did. She folded her hands in her lap, and stayed quiet. Enjoying the warmth from the fire, Dara leaned towards the flames, but was far enough to not catch on fire. When Jack spoke, Dara replied by saying, "no, nothing happened. Or at least, nothing happened that I know of."

"He doesn't like Humans as much and he didn't report Celeste," Ali answers while stretching her wings behind her.

Ali looked around before walking in the direction Jack went in. "I'm gonna go find him," she said without stopping, "you can come if you want, Dierk."

Nods "I'm gonna stay here with Alia." smiles lightly at her looks around "Wait Ali... I was wondering if later you might want to meet up. I'm pretty sure I know where you sleep at." smiles lightly

Jack nodded, his mind was still on the rustling if the trees and the vulture he saw. Why was he so put off by a single vulture. He was about to say something when he heard a noise behind him and he drew his dagger ready to fight as he turned around

"Alright," she answers. Ali takes to the air and switches mid-flight.

That was dumb, I never want to do that again. Now where is Jack, Ali thought to herself as she scanned the ground for the Human.

Dara could tell something was up with Jack. He's really jumpy, she noted. Starting to repeat her question from earlier, she asked, "what's wro-" However, she was cut off when there was a noise behind them. Out of fear, she flew up a few feet, her daggers at the ready.

When Ali had found Jack she landed and switched back, easier to communicate.

As she walked into the small clearing from a bush, she was greeted by daggers. Ali put her arms up in the air as if to surrender.

"Oh yeah, kill me why don't you. God," Ali huffed at the two.

Oh. It's just Ali... That's her name, right?, Dara asked herself. She lowered her daggers slightly, and mumbled a quiet, "sorry." She descended back to the ground, letting her wings rest in their normal position.

Jack sighed and then sheathed his blade," you need to be more careful my friend." he grinned and chuckled," come on get yourself some deer." he motioned to the meat over the fire

"Nah, its OK. I probably scared you guys," Ali replied while grinning.

"At our first meeting, I never got your name. Mind if I get it now?"
"Um, nah, I'm good. No deer for me," Ali smiled as she declined.

Jack doesn't seem so upset now, I guess that's good, Ali thought and smiled. She was glad Jack was sort of himself again.

Dara was making herself vulnerable. She realized this, but said anyways, "my name is Dara. Dara Hansika." She said her normal greeting for when she introduced herself. The corners of her mouth twitched upwards slightly into a tiny smile. I am going soft... Dang it, she thought.

Jack sat down by the fire stoking it he didn't enjoy that feeling of being watch he turned to Ali," so are you gonna stick around mow or keep wandering around spying on people

Ali smiled and nodded. "Dara, cool name," Ali smiled and loosely folded her wings over her as she sat down.

"So, what were you planning on doing? Dierk's afraid you, Jack, were going to report us Angels to your leader or something," she told him.

At Jack's words she started laughing lightly. "Nah, I've gotten enough entertainment for a week. Also the only person spying is Dierk," as Ali mentioned Dierk, she gestured up towards a crow perched in a tree.

Jack looked up at the crow, he knew he was being watch." hey you just gonna stay up there or are you just gonna stay up their." he laughed and stoked the fire just waiting to see what happens

Ali laughed and switched over to a little magpie. She stood on Jack's head, pecked his nose and cawed out.

He can be my perch now, she thought and laughed in her head.

Jack looked at the magpie," how did I become your perch any way I didn't give you permission now did I." he laughed he really didn't mind at all but her feet bothered him a bit but didn't let it show

Jack decided that he had enough and laid back and closed his eyes it was late and he was tired. He then told the girls goodnight and was fast asleep

Hmm, its late and I'm not that comfortable with flying in the dark, Ali thought as she jumped down next to Jack's face and studied him with her beady magpie eyes.

She shrugged, or as well a she could as a bird, and slept next to Jack.

Dara said goodnight to Jack, and watched as he and Ali slept. She watched over them for a bit, before she started to doze off. Just as she was about to fall asleep, a bird flying down caught her attention. She pretended she was asleep, and peeked through her eyelashes to see that it was another angel. She stifled a gasp, and resisted the urge to whip out her daggers and threaten him to leave. Watching over the three, she thought sarcastically to herself, gee, my place sure is popular.

Shifts in my sleep then rolls over and looks at Dara feeling he is watched "H-Hey are you awake?" whispers quietly
Shrugs and jumps up turns into a crow and flies back to town going to the well in the town to get some water
