The Guy
It was odd to say the least, having Manitou putting so much faith in him to help the pack in the future. He was very aware that this was a dying gods request, which was why when he was being led towards the tables he went along with it complacently. The bone shaman spoke of the older traditions and he was silently glad that they'd changed for the better. "He knows what he's doing...most of the time." Chase chimed in, not willing to miss an opportunity to verbally tease the missing Alpha. When they arrived at a table with large gaps in the seating he took his seat, glancing over his shoulder at Will to see if the quiet man was going to follow suit. He got the feeling as much as Will was fine and happy to be here, it was still an adjustment to sit alongside Werewolves in such close proximity. Thus he'd left space on either side of himself in the event Will wanted a friendly furry face next to him rather than a stranger.
"So you possessed the Shaman instead of manifesting, is that because...you know?" Chase turned and asked the Shaman, not wanting to directly say it out loud, that Manitou was dying and possibly too weak to manifest himself a form to walk around in. Chase knew Emile hadn't informed people yet so he was trying not to blab it to the entire crowd with wolf hearing.
