The Spider-Emblam had turned off automatically. Asnit turned out Peter was currently shirtless. His body was well toned and muscular. But it was also covered in numerous scars from years of super heroing.

Eris observed the scars on Peter's body. For someone that's so positive and cheerful, it seems he's been through the ringer. She carefully grabs his blanket and pulls it over his shoulders. Then, she moves to the edge of the couch and leans back, partially on him and partially on the couch itself. She thinks about how strange it is to feel so safe in a place she feels she doesn't belong.

"You'll get him back." Peter said wrapping his arm around her. He gave her a sort of one armed hug. "I promise."

Eris snaps out of her thoughts when she hears him. She looks at him.

"Well well, look who finally woke up from his slumber." She says playfully before looking back at her hand. "He means a lot to me." She added, sounding much more serious. "He's in pain...and I can't stop it..."

Asura soon released a poof of smoke from her face "I-I-" she stuttered.

"Well well, look who finally woke up from his slumber." She says playfully before looking back at her hand. "He means a lot to me." She added, sounding much more serious. "He's in pain...and I can't stop it..."

"Listen the black stuff. There's no scientific way to cure it. But I know another way. I'll be back." He said.

A few hours later in the forest Ruth also knkwn as Contract was sitting on a tree in his suit. Peter came up to him. "So finally ready to make deal?" He asked.

"A woman need Eris. Sje is infected with a black goo. I want you to restore her." Peter said. Ruth thought about this.

"Yes. And in return you will owe me one favor. Anytime I want. And you'll do anything I say." Ruth said. He rolled out a paper. Peter took his pen ans signed.

Eris could feel the black goo disappear from her body.

While everyone was relaxing for the night, most of the city had been transformed into the same horrid landscape that legion created in the park

Most of the civilians had been slaughtered, the Grimm had overrun the city, some places remain unaffected for the moment, Jenny's lakeside cabin as well as the lake and surrounding forest, the warehouse district where Roxie had made a home for her and Wisp, and a small portion of the residential sectors including Allyson's house still remain unaffected
