“Trying to scan me for my secrets will not work” she replied as his scan came back inconclusive, seconds later she let loose a beam of concentrated plasma that tried to burn through his barrier, but also the discarded plasma fell to his feet and began to melt the room under him

“I don’t mind, I’ve been convinced to give humanity a second chance despite my personal feelings, through the kindness of a family of telepaths, you may stay child” she replied with a slight warm smile

“Negative” she stated and leapt off the building, her trench coat and long hair flapping due to the wind flow as a sword formed in her hand and she tried to stab at him

"Good. Jace has unfortunately died. So we're back a few steps in terms of the wards. I could probably get them working again soon." Strange said as he turned to Misty

Imani then slowly levitated Makoto, allowing Maddy to exit before putting a blanket on him and laying him on the couch "Will you be retiring to your chambers mistress Maddy?"
