Amber said pushing past the Doctor as she grabed the two kids by the arms and pulled them into the TARDIS.

Rayzer's got one of a giant, which seems to turn him more durable and a bit larger as well. Serenity has a hummingbird mark, and whenever it activates, she's able to fly at will. Pharren's mark is a monkey, but he starts moving with the elusiveness of greased lightning when he uses it." Jessi explained.

"They also have occupations outside of being in the Council. Like actual legal jobs and stuff, but they aren't in the same place. Serenity is a doctor in New York. Pharren runs a casino, also in New York. Rayzer has a gun shop here in Edgewood, and Devondre owns a tech company in Edgewood that was owned by Simon Wrathington." Jessi added.
