"Well...I think that might have answered your question." Tyson says.
Eris looks at Peter. "T-they can't come out from the shadows our bodies cast in the light, can they?"
"It sounds like she's scared." Tyson says. "Those symbiotes must've done a number on her."
"I don't think so." He said. He looked at Tyson. "More than you can imagine."
"And it is for their cause you should fight." She replied as she pointed her staff up to the statue of Jesus on the cross "Look at him, he was one of the first superheroes of all time. He gave his own life for us all. He died on the cross seeing all sins that have been, are and will be. He gave himself up for people he will never meet so that they will find salvation. You must forget your fiance, forget your friends, forget... yourself. You must rise up now in the darkest hour as a true hero and be ready to die for those who will surely loose all if nothing is done. You must do what must be done." She held out her hand "Are you ready to be a true hero? One worthy of praise?"
"Probably..hopefully everyone else is okay." Hunter said
"I found Maddy " Jace said from within his magic circle.
Maddy didn't take her hand. "You know what just shut up..I am a hero. I know I am. So I'm sorry if I don't want to just jump back into battle. I just need space right now to think on things"
"You did?" Hunter said
"I see." Tyson said. "Glad you're here though. I heard you stopped one of the symbiotes by-"
"Yeah." He told them where she was.
"Down girl." Peter said.
"You think they will give you time to think?" She asked
Hunter looked at Eris. "Eris take a breathe. He only just found her. He doesn't know everything"
"No but there are other heroes they can deal with it. I can't just go out there with my head cluttered with thoughts.." Maddy said. Tears filled her eyes. " I'm sorry Jeremy...scout...Joey...I'm sorry..I'm sorry." She said to herself.
"I'll find out when we get there. We have to get there. I have to get her back!" Eris said as she jumps off of Peter and runs to get on her motorcycle. It was clear she was in an almost desperate hurry to get to Maddy as soon as she could.
Jace appeared to her. Hearing her. "Maddy. I'm not here to make you fight. Just take you somewhere the shadows can't get you."
"I never said where she was." Jace said. "I'll go get her. Bring her somewhere safe where she can think."
"Weak." Sae scoffed.
He looked at Sae. "Says the woman who's wanted to kill her for months." He said.

Hunter watches her leave.
(I thought he told them where she was at when Hunter asked if he had found her)
"whatever I'm weak... " She said wiping away a tear. She didn't look at Jace when she heard him speak. "Doesn't matter if the shadows get me.."
