" Well originally it was just a normal house but Dru, Allyson's boyfriend is the sandman and he helped enchant it. It does come in handy since people come and go. This place pretty much is a safe place. " Kala smiled. Her shadow came off the wall and zipped out of the room. "As long as you have no intention to hurt the people here you are allowed in."

She saw the argument they had earlier. The way she had yelled at Peter. The anger was still there but through the force she could empathise with Peter. Understand his guilt. What drove him to do what he did. She could feel what he felt in the moments leading up to what happened. It was felt horrible.

"My mother hated magic but it was in our blood. " Kala said. Her shadow just nodded returning to Kala's side. "So what are you going to do now?" She asked taking a sip of her tea.

"Me? Sleep!" He said. "I've been whacking demons and fighting off traitors for three straight days and haven't slept a wink. Guess it's all the adrenaline."
