Roxie jumped. "Didn't see you there."

Maddy transformed back to normal. She was shaking. She looked at Nyx who was bleeding out before she gripped the strap of her backpack and ran.

There was gunshots followed by the sound of a water balloon being pierced. "CAPTAIN!" The agent turned the corridor and immediately gunned down the trident wielding mermaid. It was a female, and her looks could pass for a human, save for the gills on her neck. She fell back, dead as a doorknob. "Spiderman, search the ship for any other survivors! I'll get the captain back to the plane." The agent said as he picked up his teammate.

"You got. Special agent webs on the case." He jested getting into a Spider-Like stance. "I wonder. Hey suit can you scan for life signs?"

"You got. Special agent webs on the case." He jested getting into a Spider-Like stance. "I wonder. Hey suit can you scan for life signs?"

"Scanning... no life forms detected." The suit said

A flash of light blinds the sky, and as suddendly as it appears, it disappears. If you looked up at the sudden event, you could notice that a bird-like creature was falling from the sky. No, not a bird, more human. It was almost like an angel, falling from the sky like a meteor. She falls at a nearby park, leaving a short trail and a small hole of her impact. Luckily, she didn't look injured, or even dirty. She appeared to be covered in a thin, glowing veil, that covered her entire body. She slowly stood up, a bit dizzy from the impact.

"And Maya sticks the landing" She says sarcastically, chuckling to herself.

"I was not expecting such a rough impact" She says to herself, as the veil slowly disappears and she looks around in amazement to her surroundings.

"Still, you should at least check for his body. Retrieve it... or what's left of it." James said. As Peter went on, the night vision on the suit activated. So far, no signs of Joey... Just Chinese soldiers, some looked rather young, as if this was their first mission. The way they died did not look pleasant, and their eyes did not bring him any comfort.
