"There's several plants and spells in my world that can do that and my skill as a necromancer can be quite useful. I have a couple ingredients here that I can have mixed into something that could do the trick."
 
(The powers do exist. They might be hard to understand in this form but let me simplify it more. Bulletproofness' other name is Bulletproof Durability. I didn't think it would be that complicated. Sorry. Maximum Brain Capacity is you being able to use all of your brain.

(Well first off "bulletproofness" is just spelled "bulletproof" . La Roux even wrote a song about it. Secondly, isn't the 10 percent brain thing just a myth?)

(Yes and no normal people use 10-12% at a time if a person used 100% all the time in theory they would die)

(Just looked it up online. 10-12% brain usage is literally full of shit. I mean flat earth theory is more believable. The various functions of the brain and how they are utilized makes the whole idea of the 10% usage completely idiotic. If we were only able to use 10% of our brain, then the average human would have the intelligence of a brick... Then again people did vote for Hillary

(All the powers except for telekinesis and darkness manipulation I got from there. There's a lot more. Without that website my characters would be more bland. Reason why I always look for these RPs.)

Appearance: Black power armor with red lines. A black mask with a gas filter on there. There are black gloves and black combat boots. He has a button on the back of his helmet.

Powers/abilities: Darkness Manipulation, Bulletproofness, Power Imprinting (however he can only keep the power for a short time.), Maximum Brain Capacity, and Telekinesis.

Weapons(optional): A katana is on his back. His powers seem to enhance it.

Weaknesses: His mask being taken off. Also power jammers. Besides that nothing so far.

Backstory(optional): Only known to have come a few months ago and be able to get peoples powers for a time. (I will reveal more over time.)
