With a snap the spectral form of the reaper scooped the man up and held him up before them. The spectral form solidified with energy from the spirit world to keep him in place.

"Wait please... I don't want any trouble!" The man said "Lemme guess... hired gun?" Joey asked. the man nodded "Let me go and I can give you a map of the place!"

Weapons(optional): A katana is on his back. His powers seem to enhance it.

Weaknesses: His mask being taken off. Also power jammers. Besides that nothing so far.

Backstory(optional): Only known to have come a few months ago and be able to get peoples powers for a time. (I will reveal more over time.)
