She headed to the only bar she knew that wouldnt ask questions about the wings. She headed to the Hatless army bar that she went with Joey.

The book stated that everyone had an aura and that with intent and focus they could make their aura become something else. Zadock had said that there was the living world the land of the dead and then the area in between that ghosts primally lived and thrived in but Zadock could draw from that place inadvertantly which caused him to produce a lot of excess energy. If the energy wasn't suppressed or used then it would slowly tear a hole in the world allowing the dead to come into the world of the living.

When the kick struck Sherman's body, something in his mind snapped. It wasn't clear what, but it caused a growl to escape his lips, and for his body to suddenly shift and click into an entirely different shape. A wolf rose where he had been, and it lunged at the creature in front of it, boiling over with anger.

Shock-Boy traced the weird...lines that had formed in his mind when he had taken the breath of weird smoke. It seemed the singular one that was seemingly behind him was...the past? So did that mean?

That's not important, the real question is how the hell these powers' original owner managing? Losing this would be like losing an eye or somethin', right?

Alex said reading off his list.

"Yeah sure." The bartender replied. He began mixing a drink. Maddy then noticed in the mirror some people pulled out guns and the bartender was putting tranquilizer into the drink. He then served it to her. "Here ya go"
