Gaether would not have it. The stress on his mind may be great but nothing, absolutely NOTHING would keep him from enjoying his new gift of feeling. He was never going to stay in one place again, not while there was so much to smell, feel, and experience. The pain was also kind of refreshing, Gaether should know pain, he’d been dismembered more times than he could count, and even decapitated from time to time. Kind of nice to know how he should feel as he walked around this mysterious house, touching every bit of furniture and woodwork as he passed it.
