I can put out a warrant for his arrest for police brutality and attempted homicide. Hell he didn't even read you your Miranda rights." Joey said "He performed a bunch of violations and put you in here wrongfully. I can talk to some people and put you on bail too."

I don't need you to press charges, I just need you to stay in your cell for a day or two before I get you released for the trial. I'm the one pressing charges here."
