Hell I could even use evidence of her breaking out Johnny Storm to have her be tried as a criminal, because if she is tried as a criminal, she can't be tried as a hero. Thus she was denied her rights as a U.S. citizen."
Suddenly his claws grew a few centimeters "Ben... all this is perfect. By being denied her unalienable rights as a U.S. Citizen, not only can I get her tried as a regular criminal, I could even get her sentence denied and have her set free. Then I could use all this evidence post trial and persuade the people to veto the act. I can even get Slime and Fate off the hook with only mere property damage by arguing it was an act of self defense." He took out the flash drive from earlier "I might not even need this virus to erase the evidence of Maddy freeing prisoners. I could use that evidence to get her into a proper court of law, hell I'll even pay her bail. I just need clear evidence that she only intended to act as a doctor at Avenger's tower. Evidence that she had no plans to be a hero. If I can find that evidence, then Tony will have broken several laws enacted by the SRA and performed human rights violations under the U.S. Constitution."
