The Shrouded Soul spell is hiding Diana's spiritual essence from Arkalas, which is why he hasn't directly gone after her. Tyson hasn't told her this yet.
The Psychic Radar spell lets Tyson know exactly where Diana is)

Aeshma tumbled backwards from the impact. He blocked one of the shots with his shields, but the other hit him on the left side of the stomach, taking a grunt out of him.

He then attempted to cut one of the weapons with his sword, trying to disarm Zadock.

(Don't know if I responded but...) Zadock was caught off guard by the attack and was barely able to fend it off allowing himself to fall back into a roll so he could get some distance.
