"Well, I only felt half the pain. Diana felt the rest. It's the effect of one of the spells I put on her after I captured her. She's free from captivity, but half the damage I take, she takes. Care to test it out some more?"

" I like the sound of it, just not from you." She got to the house and stepped over the property line. She knew the place was protected by magic, it should protect her from whatever was controlling her shadow. "No I'm good. I would rather not outlive my kids and husband."

The shadow takes the form of a silhouette as Dana approached the property line.

"Then I shall kill them first." The voice said. "I'm coming for you. It's just. A matter. Of time."

The silhouette disappears and her shadow returns to normal.

"Good luck trying." Dana said heading to the front door. She had to speak with Kala, Zadock, Anna or any powerful magic user in the house. She was glad her kids were protected by being in the house but she was still worried. Drumonkey Rcticwolf

(Now I'm curious what other spells were put on her.)

(The Shared Agony spell makes it so that whenever Tyson would take damage, it's split between him and Diana.
The Shrouded Soul spell is hiding Diana's spiritual essence from Arkalas, which is why he hasn't directly gone after her. Tyson hasn't told her this yet.
The Psychic Radar spell lets Tyson know exactly where Diana is)
