Age: 37 but has the mental age of a 7 year old....he's also very fuckin sadistic

Appearance:That isn't a mask either....my brothers/sisters in christ that's his real face and the beak is a mouth as well....

Having more training with his powers he's able to control them better

Powers/abilities:
Realm time shift - he's able to do a temporary 12 second burst where all in the world is slowed down but him which he uses to escape or mess with people but it has a 2 week cool down so he has to use it wisely but he's training in order to use it more ofter

Rubber body - Unlike the rest of his family Vimsey's entire body is made of a rubber like substance...meaning he can take all sorts of physical damage and shrug it off but range attacks? not so much

deafening screech - by adjusting his vocal cords he'd able to let out a loud ear piercing screech to stun or temporarily deafen his enemies but it requires a charge up of 6 seconds

cartoon like logic - Being made of rubber, shrugging off physical attacks like it's nothing what better way to top off the look but with a bottomless bag? yes he has a bag connected to the void. it has an unlimited supply of items he randomly collects or weapons however looking for the right things is hard if not impossible.

Transformation - Like Doctor Colmer he can shapeshift to blend in with just about anyone but it's also very painful

Weapons(optional): Surgeons knife and a very, very, VERY pissed off owl

Weaknesses: like a classic cartoon he makes lots of mistakes and falls for the classic blunders such as: Signing it a piece of paper with a stick of dynamite, walking off the edge of a cliff and not noticing till it's too late, flatten on the ground if falling from great heights, and fire

Backstory(optional): Vim makes up several backstories when it comes to him going as far as to copying hero's, villains, presidents, and just about any popular or legendary persons origins but doc Colmer has it covered.
He's the 3rd youngest of the bunch and is considered younger cause of his mental age. he was once a emotionless person who cared little about things till his mother made him a liquid that give him happiness...let's say it worked a little to well and caused him to be hyperactive, childlike, and have an odd outlook on things. he's moved in with Doc colmer and constantly bothers him about things.
