Noctis followed Joker 8n the front lines, the prince watched as the hordes of enemies emerged.
"Right behind ya!" Noctis replied to Joker. The prince threw his engine blade toward the enemy. After he done that,he vanished, living a blue after image.
A few moments later,Noct reappears at the new position of his blade, holding the handle.
He was close to his target, a bokoblin. Noctis stabbed the monster, defeating it. He repeated the process, warping slashing and stabbing nearby enemies.

Prompto watched from the sidelines. It was finalky time. He summoned his trusted gun.
" L...Ladies first!" Prompto replied. He was shy around girls. Though he was in a battlefield now and needed to help his friends.
" Oh hi there opening!"
He shoots at the Bokoblins and Moblin at the distance.

Grey sat down in a clearing after an hour of walking and said "Look, I don't know where to go so if you have any suggestions we should consider them before leaving." Bandana waddle dee suggested Dreamland.

As Kirby fought off the futuristic Enemies he knew he was outnumbered. As he ducked under the nearest crashed mech he threw bombs at the attackers as they converged around his position Kirby ducked from the incoming fire. He fired a single shot at the next assailant. Before he could use the weapon again, a laser bolt hit his arm making him drop the weapon. A second shot hit his eye blinding his left side. As he fought off the attackers with a sword taken from one enemy . As he sliced into first attacker another three bolts struck him. As Kirby got to his feet a familiar blur kicked him back down.

Magolor got to his feet, his cape torn and hood damaged. As he got up another arrow flew past his head. He dove into the ground and opened a black hole under the attacker. Magolor walked to his cart now damaged and sighed pushing his cart towards the distant fortress marked on a map dropped by one of the attackers.

Steve's tunnel opened into another darkened chamber. The blackness was somewhat alleviated by the torches burning behind him and Roxas, revealing a dish sized depression ahead of them that split into a Y-junction. Inside the bowl, one path cut through its inner walls, the peek into its route their angle provided quickly turning into impenetrable darkness. The other path climbed over the rim of the landmark and continued out of sight on a sheer cliff. Behind and ahead of them, the flow of zombies had trickled to nothing. The digging thus far had been smooth sailing, but groans rang fresh and distant in this part of the cavern. And there was something else, a crackling that brought with it a briefly lived light in shades of yellow and pale blue. The fairy lights they cast against the walls danced between each other, rising and falling on either side of the chamber. They1677798018058.png illuminated shapes in the dimness, that of jumping frogs hopping closer to the new entrance they stood at. The torch light met gold crowns adorned on their heads, glinting off of their jewelry and slime-slicked, green-plastic skin.

One of these frogs stopped its advance several feet from Steve and Roxas. Round, cartoony eyes rolled up to meet their gaze. It's tongue bulb hung from puckered lips, bobbing with the breaths it took. It held its place and its silence before suddenly lifting its chest. Yellow sparks surged violently around the bold frog as it croaked and threw itself forwards, the others surrounding it doing the same! They all took flight, albeit somewhat clumsily. They were throwing themselves into walls and into each others flight path's with no rhyme, reason, or provocation. No, these creatures didn't seem very clever, or aware of themselves, but as they leapt and clustered together, the electricity between them began to arc into a wide and slithering net. And it was only getting closer as the frogs themselves did...

Princess Peach

"Mmm, Understood," Peach nodded, respecting Zelda's vote and Samus' final decision.

The pink Princess could see why Zelda opted for that, and why Samus ultimately chose that option, but she couldn't help but have a bad feeling in her heart...

More corrupted beings might guard those pillars... Beings that could also once have been their allies... Hopefully, once they get to the second pillar the four (Er, IF Pikachu was up to it, of course) of them could handle whatever "greeted" them there...

It wasn't that Peach wasn't confident that they couldn't take what might be ahead of them, She WAS, but... What if they COULDN'T?

What if other hostiles (specifically, other hostiles they might not be able to handle) knew about the Pillars and were making their way toward them right now as well?

Mmm, if that was the case, this may quickly turn into a race to gather all the Pillars first... And, if so, then rushing towards them might NOT be a bad idea, The Mushroom Princess admitted, though that is IF they can take down any opposition that may be after the pillars...

Hopefully, best case scenario will happen: They'll run into allies at the second pillar and recruit them to join their cause!

Worst case...

T
he pink Princess didn't even want to THINK about the worst case...

She wished Mario was here...

...!

No!

NO!

None of that!

She couldn't depend so heavily on her heroic plumber anymore... Not after everything that happened between them...

She COULD and she MUST do this without him!

For now, at least...

"I hope I'm still singing this tune should I ever bump into Bowser..." Peach thought to herself while looking away and biting her lip.

Looking at little Cream and Cheese made Peach realize that, perhaps, her ideal ally to run into WOULD be Sonic: Fastest Hedgehog alive to help them against Bowser, Ganon, and Ridley sounded pretty good to her should those three try to surprise them... Though, really, what were the odds of THAT, right?

"Don't worry, Sweetheart, we'll get you back to Sonic and the others safe and sound," She reassured the little rabbit while patting her head gently a moment, adding, "We'll take care of you, you don't have to worry about a thing."

After trying to be there for Cream, the Mushroom Princess then approached the map and began to study it again: Narrowing her eyes as she scanned the lands while they drew ever closer to the lake.

"Samus," Peach suddenly piped up after a couple of moments of examination, "Do you think your ship will be alright to store the last bit of the pillars once we find them? I know it's a tad optimistic to assume we'll gather them all RIGHT NOW, but the Deku tree DID tell us it could be dangerous to gather them all in one place, and I don't want anything to happen to your ship..."

Toon Link & Pit
Where: Ghost Ship on the sea
With: Pyra/Mythra ( Ploegy Ploegy ), Jeff ( Kaiju Cat Kaiju Cat )

Toon Link and Pit found themselves hesistating as they tried to descend the steps to the orlop deck. The air on the deck below was colder, the mists thicker, and the further they descended the steps the harder it was to move their legs. Soft, malevolent whispers hissed in the back of their minds.

"Go back...!"

Pit grunted as he tried to will his legs to move. It was like they were made of lead!

"You are not strong enough... Turn back now! ... Darkness hungers... It seeks to consume your light...!"

Toon Link was visibly shivering, his teeth chattering. It was so cold! The whispers were creeping into his mind, seeking to drown out all of his reasoning.

"You cannot do this... Death awaits if you keep going... Turn back! Turn back!"

"SHUT UP!" Pit suddenly shouted, causing Toon Link to jump. Keeping his eyes focused on the misty darkness, the angel forced one heavy leg forward, then the other, until he was descending the stairs once more. "I... am Pit... Captain of Lady Palutena's... Royal Guard... I have NEVER run away from anything! I will NOT lose my spirits here!" His voice lowered to a grumble, "And when I find that Crystal Coconut, I'm shoving it down that krooked krocodile's throat! See how he likes that!"

Toon Link sighed in relief and smiled at his grumbling friend's back. He nodded and willed his legs to move. Just keep going, his feet know the way!

The orlop deck was much less spacious than the gun deck above. Old barrels of rope and cables, and folded spare sails were piled in the center, and walls closed in around the companions, leaving only two narrow walkways to maneuver around. Each wall had a single door, with the exception of the wall at the stern, which had double-doors. Toon Link's experience with ships told him that the galley was at the stern, while the other three doors likely led to an infirmary, a carpenter's room, and either a storage area or livestock hold.

Pit kept going forward, heading straight for the double-doors when a crate fell off a nearby shelf and hit the deck floor with a crash. The angel jolted in surprise and whipped around. Among the splintered remains of the rotted crate were eggplants.

Pit had an unamused look on his face that could match Mythra's. "Oh, VERY funny!

He glared at them, expecting the eggplants to vanish into the mists. Instead they sprouted limbs and opened a single eye. They jumped to their feet and waved their arms at the captain. A few made rude sounds, and rude gestures.

"BOO!" they shouted. "OOGA-BOOGA-BOOGA!"

"Ah, c'mon," an irritated Pit exclaimed with a roll of his eyes. "This isn't scary at all! This is just annoying."

Toon Link was bemused as Pit raised a foot and stomped hard upon the eggplants. They let out a squeal and vanished into mists. The Hylian boy gasped as he realized that he saw those eggplants too. Were the illusions getting stronger? But why would the Ghost Ship present a more powerful illusion in the form of something so silly?

Pit thought a moment, then a cocky grin appeared on his face. "I got it! I'm just so fearless, the Ghost Ship doesn't have anything left to throw at me! That was its best shot! I won this game! Hahaha!"

Toon Link doubted it, but he couldn't think of a better explanation. Pit certainly looked a lot more confident than earlier. Perhaps what he was saying was true and the Ghost Ship's spell was losing its grip on him? He hoped that was the case!

Toon Link went to the nearest door which was on the starboard side of the ship. His shocked cry was suddenly cut short as black tentacles, each one adorned with a single yellow eye, shot out the door and wrapped themselves around the green-clad boy's body, lifting him into the air.

"T'ink!" Pit shouted, running towards the opened door. He went still as he found himself staring into the single malevolent eye glaring at him from the mouthpiece of a giant squid-creature! What WAS this thing?? He had no time to wonder that as the creature was squeezing the life out of Toon Link! Pit hacked away at the tentacles strangling the poor boy, but his blades passed through the creature as though he were attacking the mist itself. "Let him go! Right now! Right now!"

Toon Link struggled feebly, his arms pinned to his sides and unable to draw his sword or any other weapon. He couldn't breathe, and it felt like his ribs were going to break! Despite the pain he forced himself to open eyes and glare back at Bellum.

This isn't real!

Stars began popping behind his eyes. It was a struggle to think!

This isn't real!

Darkness began to consume Toon Link's mind. It was getting harder to keep his eyes open...

This... isn't... REAL!

The Triforce symbol on Toon Link's left hand glowed. There was a bright flash of light and Bellum disintegrated. Pit caught Toon Link as he fell, the boy laying limp in his arms as he took in life-saving gulps of air.

Jeff knows Mythra was right that Flavum needs to prove themselves trustworthy through actions not words alone. Although, it doesn’t seem to matter anymore as the boo disappeared through the ghost ship’s thick miasma. He kept a hold of his multi bottle rocket as back up there’s no telling what the ship would throw at them next. The hairs on his neck raised, as they got deep into the ghost ship. The prime directive is finding the crystal coconut he kept his eyes out for a treasure box, or at least an undiscovered room, which is begging to explored. Just as they kept on going, it seemed Toon Link had another run in with the ghost ship’s magic. He took a step closer; the former didn’t look too well, not that Jeff can exactly blame Toon Link. He still feels the impact of his own fears gnawing on his soul.

“ The sooner we find the Crystal Coconut the quicker we can get off this damn ship,” He mumbles, although he saw through the trick it left him going on guard mode. Unable to shake off the sight of his friends and dad in a zombie like state because of the mushroom’s effect on the body and mind. He should be grateful that Toon Link seems tough, thank goodness for having strong companions, Mythra and Pit included.

He doesn’t know how he could help since he shows no PSI skills, perhaps it's best for Toon Link to come around by himself; he needs a much needed rest. Frowning, Jeff kept his eyes and ears open in case someone, or at least something jumped at them like Flavum earlier. He stared at Toon Link having taken notice of the Triforce symbol glowing.

What was that? It had to be pretty important. It seemed to be a stretch to think that maybe just maybe Toon Link is an oracle in his world, or perhaps it has magical basis only. Whatever it is it drew Jeff’s attention though he’ll save the questions for when Toon Link regains consciousness. The cogs in Jeff’s mind turned, it didn’t seem far fetched to think Toon Link is an oracle. After all, the triforce seemed to have reacted when Toon Link was in distress.

Lord Lunaris
Where: Flying citadel
With: Bowser ( Develius Develius ), Ridley ( R U S T R U S T )

Lunaris focused on his Gossip Charm a moment longer. "There is more news, King Koopa. Princess Zelda is with them as well! I need not explain the importance of capturing both princesses. I will prepare my fighters at once!"

The sorcerer bowed to the Koopa King and with a twirl of his cloak he vanished. Storming down the hall of his flying citadel, he shouted out orders. "All troops prepare for battle! I want every one of my fighters in the courtyard ready for deployment!"

Lunaris entered his private quarters and looked up at one of his many holoscreens. Mii warriors arranged themselves in neat rows in the courtyard, arranged by fighting type: brawler, gunner, or swordfighter. All Miis had the same default face and hair, and their uniforms were the blue, gold, and silver of their Lord's colors. Lunaris's emblem was in full display on the chests of each warrior. Of all his mass-produced fighters, the Miis were the most intelligent and capable. Next were the alloy fighters, the wireframe fighters, and the fighting polygons. The polygons were the simplest of his minions, only capable of following basic instructions and lacking much will of their own, but they were the cheapest to make and as such made up the largest number of Lunaris's forces. The polygons would be perfect to send to the meat grinder, wearing down the Super Smash brothers before he sent out his better fighters. And Lord Lunaris will be among them! The Super Smash Brothers should know and feel honored that it will be by HIS hands that their lives are brought to an end--

Lunaris gripped a nearby writing desk to support himself, his body doubling over as it was suddenly overtaken with a violent coughing fit.

"Oh no!" a small, high-pitched voice cried out. "I'm coming, my Lord!"

A pink ball of light, a fairy, flew out of the master wash room, a small vial in tow. Lunaris snatched it immediately and lifted his mask slightly so he could remove the top with his teeth and down the liquid inside. After a moment, the sorcerer quieted down and he straightened, wiping his mouth with a napkin before adjusting his mask back to its original position. He pulled the chair out from underneath the writing desk and slumped into it, the coughing fit having worn him out.

"We're running low on the medication," the little pink fairy said, hovering around Lunaris anxiously.

"I'll order Odessa to return and prepare more, Shiri," Lunaris responded, his normally smooth voice ravaged as he gasped for breaths. "Thank the fates this didn't happen in front of Koopa and Ridley. ... Where have you been?"

"Oh... Well..." Shiri began hesitantly, "After I heard that the Great Deku Tree died I... I just..." The pink ball of light began weeping. "Oh, Stefan, why did you have to..."

Lunaris sat up abruptly, his voice harsh. "It's Lord Lunaris! I've warned you before about this!" He fell back into his seat with an exhausted sigh. "I did what I must, Shiri. All in the realm must know the price of defiance. I need those Pillars! I cannot allow anyone to get in the way of that." The sorcerer brooded a moment before speaking again. "This is one operation I need to be present for. Those princesses must be captured, and Samus Aran must be destroyed! She's too much of a threat."

"You cannot fight in your condition," Shiri reasoned. "You're getting worse..."

Lunaris grunted irritably; the fairy was right. "Shiri, send word to my champion that he is to join the troops in battle. He is to lead in my stead."

Shiri bobbed slightly, the closest thing a ball of light could get to a bow, and fluttered off to carry out her master's bidding. Lunaris remained motionless in his chair for a long while, then he turned to a tome on his desk. It contained the early history of the Smash Realm: how Master Hand and Crazy Hand had created the realm, founded the Super Smash Brother tournaments, and even mentioned, briefly, the ten Pillars.

"I am to have a long life, a prosperous future," Lunaris muttered to himself as he flipped through the pages. "With the Pillars of Creation and Destruction, I will ascend to godhood, no longer ravaged by this cursed disease! I refuse to die!"

“Piiiiii- “

Despite the darkness of the forest night, Pichu’s crackling electricity served almost as if a lone beacon of light, as he and the two young bunearies expertly weaved about the arena, bringing down any Primid they could get hands, teeth, or claws on. Yet for just a moment Pichu skirted across the dirt floor, his attention drawn towards the shimmering flash of Pokey’s Star Storm, a glimmering sight not dissimilar to a herd of Minior falling from the sky. If they all weren’t so caught up within the haze of battle, Pichu might have even considered it to be a sight of beauty. Yet, as the gloved mitt of a Primid swiped down at the distracted Pokémon, Pichu pulled his attention away to just barely dodge the creature’s attack.

Right, all that mattered was the fact blondie was thankfully pulling his weight, something Pichu himself should get back to doing. So, with that, Pichu used a tiny paw to wipe his nose as he stared down the rouge Primid. Ears flat and teeth bared, Pichu growled and reared back, ready to pounce. Not even a second before he could, a large flash of orange fur filled his vision as… something? beat Pichu to it. The Primid fell to the ground only to be knocked away entirely by the oval ball of fluff. The enemy of no more concern, Pichu got up from all fours, curiously making his way towards the strange creature.

“Pi?”

Noticing the little mouse, Pichu found that he himself would fall victim, as the large beast tackled him to the ground! But no further attack came. Rather, it seemed to be licking him.

“Bworf!”

The Awoofy cheerfully barked as his tongue tickled the little Pokémon’s face. Despite the circumstances, Pichu couldn’t help but smile as he crawled out from under the animal’s body. Looks like more reinforcements were coming in after all!

Nuzzling his cheek against the creature as a thank you for the help, Pichu eventually pulled back and pointed to where the buneary duo continued to battle, directing Awoofy’s attention towards the sight as well.

“Pi Pichu pi!”

“Woof!”

With that, the Awoofy dashed away to fulfill his orders, as he’d dive in to help the rabbit Pokémon.

“Chu!”

Now Pichu could get back to fighting the good-

The chatter of various beasts rapidly approached, as what looked like an entire herd of newly freed creatures trampled their way towards the fight. Pichu spotted Mankeys and Ukikis, Zols and Claydols, ribombees and Birdees, Snurps and -Well, you get the idea.

Here was a huge group of animals and creatures that had just been freed thanks to the work of Sora. And rightfully, many were eager to get some payback at their kidnappers and who was Pichu to decline them of such. So, motioning towards the remaining enemies, Pichu gave an impish smile and left the Menagerie to enact their justice, and great Arceus Above did just that.

As the sea of beasts pooled into the fray, Pichu would turn his attention to other matters as, although many of the once captured animals were eager to join the fight, there were many who were either too weak, too scared, or too young to join, and now seemed to be caught dead center in the chaos. It looks like it’d be up to Pichu to guide them out of there. And so, weaving his way between body and limb, Pichu began to escort each and every animal to safety and escape, leading each to a hole in the nearby bush that would lead out towards the greater forest area. It may not have been as exciting as going right at it with the remaining Primids but Pichu knew that the others surely had it under control at this point…right?

It would take long before the final creature, a newborn baby Chao, was escorted to safety, and just in time for Pichu to catch a breather. Wiping a paw against his forehead, he made sure the small creature had escaped before scaling up a nearby tree to get a better view at the state of the battle. His little body zipped right up to the highest branch and perched like a Hoothoot, he gazed down at the arena below.

True to expectations, it seemed the tide of battle had fully swung in their favor, as Pichu counted far more Allies than foes, with the remaining members of the subspace army struggling to deal with the sudden increase of attackers.

Pichu blew a raspberry as a Feris pounced on a poor unsuspecting Primid, mauling it to shreds in such a manner that if it had not been a cartoony creature then they surely would have bumped the rating to an M for mature. That’s what it and all the other Primids get for messing with the forest!

Despite the flash and pride, Pichu’s angular ears drooped as his thoughts went towards his own home. If only his forest’s problem could be solved by simply fighting a bunch of bad guys to save the day. Here he was, fighting for the safety of this environment’s ecosystem while Big Sis Pikachu was back home, dealing with all of the terrible drought and famine. Pichu shook his head, doing away with such thoughts. All that meant was he’d need to finish this fight quickly so they could get to the stadium and then find Pikachu herself!

1677974573042.png

Pichu gave one last look at the overall battle, finally catching a glimpse at Sora struggling to calm down a blue feline creature as it lashed out at him in a panic. That, combined with the possibility that an enemy could swoop in during the boy’s moment of distraction, convinced Pichu of his next steps. Bracing himself, he took a breath in and laughed himself from the branch, faking right into the center of the battle field, though still a decent distance away from Sora. It looked like there was still a way to go before he’d be able to reach him and, as much as it was a blessing to have the many beasts and animals on their side, with them in between him and Sora, it’d make getting across all the more difficult.

Carefully, the little Pokémon weaved his way through the mass of creatures, dodging the claws and paws of both enemy and foe as he squeezed his way through. But even despite that, the Primids had not forgotten their initial focus on the rat as the moment any one of them took notice of the rat, they’d forgo their current battle and instead dive towards the Pokémon, brown mittens reaching out to snatch him up from the ground. But while they were fast, Pichu was all the faster, as he’d dive out of each attempt, making the Primids crash onto the ground or into nearby animals.

As skilled as he was at evasion, Pichu wasn’t perfect as one narrow miss resulted in him slamming head first into the back of a Primeape, startling and most worrying of all, angering the creature.

“PRIMEAPE!”

The vein on its head bulged out as the monkey snatched Pichu by his tail, earning a yelp of surprise from the yellow mouse as Primeape began to furiously shake him up and down.

“PIPIPIPIPIPI- “

The repetitive motion began to make poor Pichu nauseous, and all the conflicting stimuli was enough to cause his cheek sacs to short circuit. Finally, it became too much for him as with a cry, Pichu released his stored up electricity.

“PICHUUUU!”

Both he and the Primeape were caught in this flash of thunder, tan and yellow fur charred and smoking. But, while the Primeape fell to the ground, now fainted, Pichu shook himself free and continued, so close to Sora that he could spot the spikes of his hair not far away!

Just a little more! -

Pichu wedged himself between the legs of a fire Primid, as the crowd near the cages was somehow even denser than the rest of the battlefield. Pichu could barely breathe between the writhing mass of friend and foe but he pushed on! Sora was so close he could-

A terrible shriek of pain and the awful stench of smoke made Pichu’s blood go cold as hot orange fire fully enveloped Pichu’s sight. That couldn’t have been…?

His fears were fully confirmed as the crowd parted just enough for Pichu to finally catch full sight of Sora, as the boy kneeled against the ground, visibly injured although thankfully not fatally. The feline he’d been protecting himself from not long ago stood behind the boy, the concern obvious even on its beastly features.

In one final act, Sora swung his Keyblade into the air and freed all the remaining animals, including a certain Fletchling. But that still wasn’t enough to quell Pichu’s worry as he screamed out,

“PICHU!!”

The Fletchling, recognizing the voice of a friend, immediately took flight and dove into the crowd towards the source. With a swift motion the Fletchling used its feet to snatch onto Pichu and fly back towards the Keyblade Wielder, dropping Pichu right onto the boy’s head before joining the army of beasts that had now begun to form beside the boy.

Immediately Pichu climbed down to Sora’s shoulder, where he’d then worriedly nuzzle at the boy’s cheek with his own as Sora had but one thing to say.

"My friends, let's finish this fight together, okay?"

Pichu nodded, as his cheeks crackled and popped with electricity rearing to be released.

The Primids would suffer for their crimes against the forest and its inhabitants. To be so arrogant as to think they could control and contain the wildlife that made up this place’s rich ecosystem was something Pichu would never be able to forgive. This land was not created to be harvested or controlled. No, not at all. And worst of all, these low lives had the gall to hurt his friends, and that truly was a crime that could not be forgiven.

Pichu turned to face their animalistic allies as he cleared his throat. Slamming a paw against his chest before pointing out at the remaining enemies, Pichu gave them one order.

With all her gusto and pep, Paula pumped her fist into the air enthusiastically. It was the right amount of energy that awoke a fire in her, a determination to fight tooth and nail. On Ann’s cue, she thought PSI fire is the perfect crowd control power as it’s really meant for large groups of enemies than her PSI freeze, which is a singular attack. “ PSI Fire GAMMA!” She cried on top of her lungs, a good method for dealing with the Moblins and those Bokoblins, even Salmonids.

There must be over fifty enemies, probably less of them, not like she can make a total headcount right now, focusing on the task at hand. She got into the thick of the battle using PSI Fire over and over, rinse and repeat. It wasn’t over by a long stretch, she still has energy that’s keeping her going wishing to see this through as long as they can make it safely to the stadium the better. She’ll recover her energy and recuperate later, but finishing this fight is important as well as completing their mission successfully. Now to step up her game, perhaps using PSI Fire Omega is next on her tactics. “ PSI FIRE OMEGA!!” It’s the ultimate psi fire on her list as well as draining too. Although Paula still has energy, she doesn’t want to waste it all.

From the corner of her eye, a trio of Bokoblins came at her ready to maul her to death, snapping their razor sharp teeth at her, drool dripping out of their thin muzzles. Paula yeeted one who she presumed is their leader with her frying pan and took out the other two with her strongest PSI Freeze. Angrily, the leader made another go at Paula mad at the girl for taking down its friends. However, this time she shifted her tactics to putting it down once and for all with her ultimate PSI Freeze. Breathing heavily, she is determined to win this battle indefinitely through the strain of depending on her PSI is taking a toll on her body. Taking sharp breaths, she bit down on her last magic truffle.

Feeling the rush of psychic energy rushing up her spine and down to her nerve endings, she’s back fighting. A voice, a small voice in her head told her this is far from over. Somewhere out there reinforcements will be coming, or at least that’s her line of thinking. Things are never easy from her experience on her travels with Ness and friends, all she could do is prepare herself for the worst case scenario. Act as backup for Joker and Noctis behind the front lines, they’re a team after all. Having good communication is key, meshing together is what makes a harmonious team. At least that’s her belief. But now taking out their enemies is relatively important.

Rinse and repeat, it almost looked like she was dancing in rhythm to her PSI fire. She’s not done yet. Luckily, the magic truffle gave her the boost needed; it can only be found in the swamps of Deep Darkness. They’re so little that they can only be found by the pig snout, perhaps the indication is by smell alone. The magic truffle is useful for PSI users; it's worth getting in her honest opinion, even if the swamps can go up to your head. Dangerous, yes, but that’s what PSi Life Up and food items are used for. With that in mind, Paula kept going there’s no stopping her now.

Everything seemed to be moving smoothly, too smoothly. It left Roxas with an uneasy feeling. Eyes flickering about, the Nobody was more on edge than his outright body language would give off. Things had quickly died down on his end, though from behind, he could still hear the faint groans of the zombies echoing off the tunnels walls. Such sounds sent a small shiver down the teen's spine, but he kept his composure in tact. He knew better than to let such things bother him after all.

Pushing it aside, Roxas continued forward in silence, his keyblade tightly gripped in hand. There was nothing he needed to worry about. If things were easy then he had no reason to get himself worked up. Perhaps he was too used to things going poorly. His time with the Organization had kept him on his toes, though back then he hardly had a choice. He was thrown into so many situations and always had to be prepared. In that way this was no different, although, in such ordeals he wasn't used to down time between fights. That was what was truly getting to him in the moment.

Soon enough his mind would be drawn from such thoughts as the silhouette of some frog-like creatures came into view up ahead. At first glance, they appeared to be harmless, but once one stopped and turned its gaze towards him and Steve, Roxas' feeling of uneasiness returned. His brows quickly flattened and curled up in concern as he forced himself to come to a halt. "We should b-" he began to speak, but by then it was too late. The amphibian already was making its move, and the others behind it were quick to join in.

Gasping softly, the keyblade wielder was ready to reach out and pull Steve back, but the Minecraftian was out of his reach. Even so, it didn't mean he couldn't still do his job of protecting him. He'd just have to get creative with his approach.

Eyeing the sparking frogs, Roxas' gaze flickered around the tunnel, allowing his mind to quickly plan before he lifted his keyblade up. "All right, blizzaga. Do me good," he mumbled under his breath. Moving his eyes to Steve, he knew he had to warn him. "Watch out! Help coming in on your left!" His voice echoed off the walls as he threw the key forward towards the ground. The weapon hit the ground next to Steve before it bounced upwards and flew at the mob of frogs. All while it glided through the air, its tip began to glow with the magic that had been casted into it before being thrown.

Nearing its targets, a spray of frost came from the key and attempted to freeze the amphibians before they could get any closer to the pair. For the moment, the attack seemed to work, but even so, some of the frogs hardly seemed fazed by it and still mindlessly hopped about without much of a care in the world.

Such a thing caused Roxas' face to scrunch up in irritation. Seeing the enemy act so careless was more than enough to make his blood begin to boil, though it probably shouldn't. He should be glad these creatures were so simple minded, yet he found himself feeling almost the opposite.

Despite his clear irritation, the Nobody said nothing and instead watched as his weapon bounced off the tunnel walls, continuing its attack upon their opponents. There wasn't much else he could do without his blade in hand, though out of the corner of his eye, he warily watched Steve just in case he decided to take action. If that were to happen then he'd instantly call his key back to him to avoid his companion from getting caught up in its onslaught.

Following in silence behind the likes of Pit and Toon Link, Mythra stayed silent and her cast her gaze downward as she tried to work through the thoughts that began to crawl up from the depths of her memory. Most were small memories that displayed her fear, such as moments which she mistreated Rex in order to try and distance herself from him and keep herself from falling victim to hurting friends once again. Such miscellaneous memories fogging her brain were only the beginning, and if anything they were more of a distraction than anything else.

Finding herself buried so deeply in her own mind, the Aegis only was pulled from it all at the tail end of Pit's encounter with the eggplants. Hardly having time to even see what he was dealing with, Mythra gave a small shake of her head, followed by a sigh escaping her lips. This is becoming such a drag... They all have actual manifestations pestering them... Yet me? No... she mentally told herself.

It was strange. She couldn't understand why she was being attacked differently from the others, though perhaps it was because of what her fears were. Manifesting them was a much harder task. It wasn't as if her fears were one thing, but rather memories- memories of all the mistakes she had made. Wrinkling her nose, the grip on her sword tightened and for a moment she let her anger show, albeit it was short lived. If she let it linger for too long things would likely get worse- not only for her, but all those around her. It might even lead to her losing control over her powers and possibly calling upon Siren. Would it even answer her call if that happened? Mythra didn't wish to find out. The possibility was high after all, given she had been able to call upon it during the previous time she had been in the Smash Realm- though it only had been to unleash Sacred Arrow when she received a Smash Ball.

Again, her mind was drifting off. This time she was drawn back by the cries of one of her companions though. Head perking up, Mythra's gaze immediately moved in Toon Link's direction, only to see him being lifted up by a pair of tentacles. Her eyes immediately narrowed and without a second thought she burst forward with great speed and swung her sword at the creature. It was to no avail though. Her sword simply swung right through it much like Pit's own blades had.

Growling silently, she attempted yet again and only came up with the same end result. Despite her own mounting frustration, all she could do was watch as the younger Smash Brother struggled for his life. She felt so helpless and it showed on her face- a rare sight.

However, her face would twist into confusion as the flash of light came from the boy's hand. It left her dumbfounded. She couldn't recall the boy ever having magic of some sort, though perhaps he did and never spoke of it. Such a thing wouldn't surprise her, but that was beside the point. What mattered was the safety of her friend.

As she prepared to push herself forward to check in on the Hylian, Mythra felt a sharp pain in her head and immediately she let out a grunt as she lifted her free hand up to grab hold of her temples. What... is... this...? Squeezing her eyes shut briefly, she tried to mentally subdue the pain, but it was to no avail. No matter how hard she tried, she could not escape it. And to make matters worse, there was no running from it either.

When her eyes opened once again, the scene which she had expected to return to was no longer- though it was only because of the illusion that clouded her vision. The narrow paths of the orlop deck had long vanished and instead she stood alone in the center of a large, arena-like space. Despite how spacious it appeared, Mythra would still be hindered by the tight quarters of the deck they were on.

Staring out towards the town that sat off in the distance, her eyes grew wide and she stumbled forward. While she could feel herself hitting into barrels (and the others could see it), she couldn't tell what was in her way as she struggled to try and reach the edge of the area in hopes she could find some way to the people in the distant town. Maybe she could save Milton.

Despite how much she had preached everything being fake, Mythra still found herself drawn to falling for such tricks. She pushed her way through "invisible" barriers and continued forward to what she thought was the edge of the titan's alter. In reality, she was only moving towards a wall- one with nothing on it either. Her struggle would continue for a few moments longer until she smacked into the wall itself and fell to her knees.

A groan rumbled in the back of the Aegis' throat and she mumbled some less than pleasant words under her breath as she prepared to stand up, but before she could a figure caught the corner of her vision. The familiar hues of purple and black were more than enough to tell her who it was. Grimacing, her head abruptly turned in its direction and in within seconds she was on her feet rushing forward towards the illusion of none other than her brother, Malos.

"Malos, you little...!" she howled out in pure rage, but just as quickly as the scene had appeared, it disappeared and changed. As everything shifted from the arena, Mythra found herself stumbling and falling to her knees yet again.

Replacing the tame scene from before, it changed to that of the town she had been desperately trying to reach. Unlike how it had been, it was now ablaze and buildings had been toppled over, crushing poor innocents who hadn't able to escape. It was all because of her too. While no sounds were made, the screams were etched into her own memory and in that moment her head dropped and her eyes widened as she stared at the crumbling stone path beneath her. Dropping her sword, both her hands moved to her head as a sob escaped her throat.

"N-NO! N-NOT AGAIN!" she cried out. Her body trembled as she sat there with all the painful memories rushing back to her mind, reminding her of her biggest fear- herself.

Letting out yet another sob, her fingers clenched her hair tightly and the crystal on her headpiece began to glow, indicating one of two things- either Siren was being called upon to come protect her or Pyra was being forced out in attempt to escape. Which it was was unclear. Even Mythra herself was unsure.

In her hunched over state of panic, she couldn't even think straight. Her thoughts were conflicting with one another- part of her begging for her to realize this was an illusion and part of her reminding her that this real, albeit not in the current moment. It was a struggle she couldn't pull herself from, thus she remained how she was- hands gripping her hair as her body violently shook and tears streamed down her cheeks.

“Though as I've mentioned, be wary of the newcomers. Even our old familiars. Trust no one... until verified. But if there's even a hint any are in leagues with the enemy..."

Zelda could practically feel the room freeze over as Samus finished her sentence.

Leave no loose ends.

A phrase as vague as it was definitive in implications, and although Zelda severely doubted Samus intended for such words to be taken to absolute extremes, (after all, she was most certainly referring to those who they’ve either never met before or those whave already shown an inclination towards fraternizing with the enemy) it still was quite dire statement. Though, perhaps that just showed the real stakes at hand. They couldn’t afford to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, especially when it may very well risk the overall mission in the process. Yes, Samus was right. There was no such thing as being too careful at a time like this. And if she had helped slay the likes of Ganon before, then if absolutely necessary, Zelda supposed she had no other choice but to accept the possibility of such a situation happening once more. But still…

Zelda shook her head, riding her mind of such thinking. Now was not the time to remain lost in thought. No, there were far more imperatice matters to attend to. Namely, Cream was curious as to how she could aide the group and frankly there wasn’t all that much that Zelda could safely assign such a young girl. What kind of a princess would she be if she got such a young child involved in the risks of collecting the pillars. But, as she glanced over towards the sleeping Pikachu, Zelda did find at least one idea.

The soft clink of Zelda’s golden jewelry would surely draw the attention of the young rabbit as the princess crouched down to Cream’s level.

“For now…would you be alright with continuing to look over our little friend? Perhaps when she awakens you can inform her of our current situation

A perfectly safe, perfectly reasonable, and perfectly age appropriate task for Cream. That way, while she watched over Pikachu, the others wouldn’t have to fret over directly invoking her in any danger. Well, at least for now. Who knows what the group may run into, and just being on the ship with a group of fugitives already placed the girl directly into the line of danger. Zelda could only hope that Peach was accurate in their ability to both protect Cream and transfer her to her proper guardians.

As Peach walked back towards the holographic map, Zelda would rise back up from her crouch and intend to make her way over as well, only from a sudden clenching sensation in her hands to suddenly grab her attention. Although truly only a few seconds, it felt like an eternity as Zelda stood there with an unreadable expression, staring down at the back of her hand. For a brief moment her eyes widened as if discovering something. Although she remained as still as a statute in fixture, her eyes, wide with fear, alternated between her hand and staring at nothing. For a split moment, true genuine fear teared it self onto her expression.

only for her to breathe out a small sigh and close her eyes. Lowering her arm and electing to push aside whatever had gone through her mind. Though, even as she continued on towards Samus and Peach, if one was keen enough that might have even noticed the way her jaw tightened or how her hands continued to anxiously shake ever so slightly. But, as she held her arms behind her back and placed a smile across her cheeks, Zelda was able to mostly mask these offenses.

Zelda made her way over to where the two women were discussing the matters of the Pillars, Peach mentioning the inherent dangers of collecting them in one location. Lightly a finger against her cheek, Zelda thought to herself. The group didn’t know much about the extent of these crystal’s powers, and although Zelda herself wasn’t there to hear the Deku Tree’s warnings, as a practicing mage she was somewhat aware of the dangers when it came to storing powerful artifacts too close together. Though, perhaps as a bounty hunter Samus’s ship would have installed precautions in case the Pillars held a poor reaction to being located too close to each other. And if not, perhaps the princess could utilize the Triforce’s sealing ability, but that in of itself would have to be saved for only the most dire of emergencies, as who knew how the triforce may react to sealing away a Pillar and now was surely not the time for such risky actions.

Toon Link & Pit
Where: Ghost Ship on the sea
With: Pyra/Mythra ( Ploegy Ploegy ), Jeff ( Kaiju Cat Kaiju Cat )

After Toon Link managed to get some breaths in, he shook the dizzyness out of his head and gave everyone a weak smile and a thumbs up. He's a bit sore, but okay!

"It's a good thing you got that Zola costume to cushion you," Pit said as Toon Link slipped out of his arms. "It probably kept that thing from squeezing you so hard your head pops off!" He pantomimed his head exploding. "POP!"

Toon Link narrowed his eyes at the angel and grunted in disapproval. He didn't care to be reminded of what he was currently wearing, and the idea of his head popping off wasn't pleasant to him in the slightest! Both Smash Brothers stared at each other a moment before bursting into laughter. They had no idea why they were laughing (the situation really wasn't that funny) but the brief moment of levity was greatly needed and appreciated.

Their laughter became gasps of concern as Mythra seemed to be assaulted by serious headache. They instinctively reached out to her, only to draw their hands back as they did not want to cause her more distress by crowding her. When she opened her eyes, Toon Link and Pit called out to her, asking if she was alright, only to be ignored as the Aegis suddenly ran from them, stumbling into the barrels and crates that took up most of the deck space. It was then that the two boys realized Mythra was caught in one of the Ghost Ship's illusions. Hylian and angel followed after her in hopes of stopping her before she severely hurt herself, or worse!

"Mythra!" Pit shouted. "Mythra! Stop! It's a trick of the Ghost Ship!"

Toon Link took out his grappling hook and was prepared to lasso the enraged Aegis when the icy claw of fear caused him to freeze and drop the rope. Pit gasped as he felt panic well up within him. The Ghost Ship was merciless; even showing concern for their friends exposed themselves to its curse! This realization turned Pit's growing panic into anger. This is just cruel and unfair! What was he supposed to do now, just stop caring? Pit couldn't do that! Indifference to another's suffering was against his very nature!

"Oh, Lady Palutena," Pit cried out, frustration in his voice. "What do I do?"

He knew he wouldn't get an answer. Telepathic communication between himself and Palutena was always unreliable whenever they were in two separate realms. Pit was on his own. He had to think: what would Lady Palutena tell him if she was with him at that moment?

"'Pit, you must calm down,'" he said, imitating his Goddess's voice. "'You must control your emotions and focus on helping Mythra!'" Pit then nodded, finishing with a determined, "Yes, Lady Palutena," followed by a mumble. " ... I'm talking to myself again..."

Thankfully, Toon Link and Pit had been friends long enough that the Hylian boy was used to Pit's quirks, and "Lady Palutena's" advice was sound. Toon Link and Pit closed their eyes and took deep breaths to focus themselves and calm down. They have been doing a lot of that since coming to the ship; they began to wonder if Lucario's meditation sessions had something to them after all! The sound of Mythra hitting the wall forced their eyes open. Their first instinct was to call out in concern for her, but they stopped themselves before they could. They must keep themselves in control! Much easier said than done, they thought bitterly.

They watched in silence as Mythra fell to her knees and dropped her sword. For the moment, they no longer felt the cold dread of the Ghost Ship. The sight of such an independent and headstrong fighter sobbing so brokenly melted away their fear and anger, and replaced it with compassion. With his own emotions in control, Pit came to the understanding that the Ghost Ship had Mythra trapped in a memory. His face softened. As a veteran of many battles and the commander of Palutena's army, he had witnessed other warriors suffer similarly. He knew what this was.

He knew what he could do to help!

Pit didn't waste any more time. He moved in front of Mythra and knelt down before her, giving her space yet allowing the Aegis to be able to reach for him if she so desired. Pit didn't touch her. He smiled tenderly, his voice warm and friendly as he spoke to her.

"Mythra, it's your good ol' buddy, Pit. I'm right here in front of you. T'ink and Jeff are here too. We're not gonna leave you here alone, okay? Take deep breaths and focus on my voice. You can do that, right? Take deep breaths. C'mon, it's easy! Just like this..."

The angel kept talking to Mythra in that same encouraging tone, repeating over and over that he was right in front of her, that she was not alone, and to keep focusing on his voice and breathe. Toon Link remained silent. Pit seemed to know what he was doing, so the boy left Mythra to him and kept a look out for any danger, or signs of the Crystal Coconut.

As Cyan rested, a Heracross fluttered across the woods, moving from tree to tree. Expecting each one to see which one had sap for which eat. Eventually it sat on the branch right above Cyan, looking at a small hole in the tree that hade a trace of sap leaking out from it. The Heracross stayed there for a few minutes before pulling its arm back and striking the hole, causing a loud crack as the bark splintered and fell off. It dived back down to the ground landing; the bark being pulled off its body. The upper half of the tree began to fall over, giving the Heracross the advantage of shoving it's horn into the opening in the tree, and heaving it from the rest of the body into the air. After all that, the Heracross finally had access to the sap it had been looking for. It dug its hand down the tree stump and scooped up a wad of tree sap and began to suckle on it's hand in delight. Unbeknownst to the bug Pokemon, the broken part of the tree was beginning to fall back down towards it, but was too entranced by the nectar to notice it's oncoming demise.

Magolor continued his trek, pushing the cart to the distant fortress. His cloak was tarnished from the battle. An arrow was still in his cart, but he would soon be in civilization. The guards at the gate let him in and he was brought to a doctor to treat his wounds and soon rumors about a cloaked figure spread.

Bandana waddle dee gestured to the fortress on Kirby’s map drawing a crude drawing of a portal, hoping to convey that they need to find someone with magic skills in order to reach his home. There they can recruit the many Kirby’s to help find their lost friend.

Kirby woke up, his limbs chained to a wall as many machines surrounded him. He could see several shapes behind an observation room as the machines activated. The first mask put a cybernetic implant over the damaged eye, Kirby sat there wondering if he would get a lolipop when this was over.

Haltmann watched as his scientists attached the implants onto his adversary. After the eye replacement, gloves inspired by his mech ability and a jet pack were attached. And to finish it off a large crane picked up Dreamlands hero and dunked him in a vat of dark matter. He had made the mistake of underestimating the hero before and almost died because of it and now he would use him to accomplish his goals. K!rby would soon end the world he once defended.

Cream looked at the discusion between the older human females. She was still young and even if she had experience with danger,it still scared her.

Without a moment’s hesitation, Cyan leapt into action cutting down the broken part of the tree into several harmless pieces saving the Heracross from a certain doom. He didn’t break out into a sweat just glad it’s safe from harm. He smiled as the Heracross seemed to happily suckle the sap unaware of danger. At least the pokemon is enjoying itself unlike him whose mind was like a thunderstorm of emotions. He sat cross legged on the grass watching it enjoy its meal.

He lost count how many hours since he parted ways with Mog the young moogle is capable of handling himself it’s still sad to leave his good friend behind. Supposing he should trust in Mog’s capabilities. After all, Mog's dance had helped him with his sleep where he’d be fully awake unable to have a full night’s rest on some days. He stared down at the Heracross; it resembled a stag beetle to him.

The Heraross looks up to Cyan in silence while continuing to suckle on its sap-covered hand. Several seconds pass and the Heracross removes it's hand from its mouth. It examines the little bit of sap left on it before looking back to Cyan. It then points it's sap-covered hand at Cyan, taking a couple of steps forward it could share the delicious tree nectar with the samurai.

Much to his own surprise, the enemy suddenly seemed willing to listen, which admittedly was confusing to Yoshi, yet he wouldn't complain. He had no reason to, though he did wish things had gone far easier than they had. Still, he found himself wary of the archers. Even if they were now leading them into the temple, that did not mean they had pure intentions. The dino was aware of that much. It would be as if Mario's enemies suddenly invited them inside after violently attacking them for no reason. It left a bad taste in his mouth. Still, he would not complain.

Instead, Yoshi silently fell in line and followed behind the others towards the temple despite how little he actually wanted to explore it. This all seemed like a big waste of time after all and he still had his own concerns to address, but it seemed like he would have little say in that. Playing along was all he could do for now and hopefully things would turn in his favor afterwards.

Pushing it aside, his gaze landed upon the back of the archers leader. His eyes were sharp and his nostrils flared up in a clear sign of irritation. Whatever this guy had planned for them, Yoshi was ready to deal with it. The faster they dealt with it, the better, or so that was what he was telling himself, though he wasn't sure the others shared the same sentiment to begin with. If anything they all seemed more willing to believe things were fine, which was a bit unsettling. Did they really believe this wasn't a trap of some sort?

Averting his gaze, blue orbs shifted between his companions as he tried to get a read on how they might be feeling, but it was no use. Reading others had never been a skill of his; at least not in situations like this. Giving a small shake of his head, Yoshi sighed and dropped his gaze back in front of himself as he continued to trial behind the rest.

Mythra is having a post traumatic stress episode from a memory the ghost ship only amplified her fears. If they can find the Crystal Coconut soon and leave, it will be better if they put this behind them. Pit seemed to know what he’s doing to help ground Mythra. He’ll be around in case Pit needs him. Walking behind Toon Link, his eyes went to the unoccupied rooms checking in for anything they may have missed. While looking around he kept on guard for any hostiles.

After all, he hasn’t forgotten the encounter with Flavum he had questions why would the ghost ship mess with their psyches but the Boos are real. He blinks as he hears the unmistakable sounds of livestock. Why the hell would ghosts need food? It didn’t make sense to want materials either. He only has the answer that maybe the livestock are supernatural creatures like everything else on the ghost ship.

He shook his head too many questions racing through his head, it didn’t help he’s worried about Mythra though she’s strong and Pit is helping her. It’s safe to trust Pit can help keep Mythra grounded even help pull her out of the episode.

Next on his list of priorities is figuring out how to get materials for his broken heavy bazooka. Staring at Toon Link’s back perhaps he knows. His gaze fell on the boy’s hand remembering the glowing symbol. “ Link? I hope this isn’t a prying question or a personal one for you. What was that symbol on your hand?” It felt like curiosity killed the cat, or in his case killed the young inventor. He believes Toon Link must be an oracle; it makes sense the boy is an oracle from his home world, or the Triforce has magical properties.

It’s safe to assume that maybe the Triforce is a sacred item in Toon Link’s world, too many questions and too many worries plaguing his mind. It’s best to keep focused one less thing for the others to worry about. Slinging his multi bottle rocket over his shoulder, he looked around silently, frowning. He wants to skedaddle once the Coconut Crystal is found.

He lapped up the sweet nectar. It was helpful and kind gesture of the Heracross. “ Thank you..” He murmurs, the tree sap is a tasty treat, sheathing his sword. Cyan likens the sweet nectar to drinking a tonic. He did feel a bit better thanks to the Heracross. “ My name is Cyan, what’s your name?” He asked, a hint of kindness in his tone. He cut more of the tree sap to share between the Heracross and himself. To show his gratitude for the sweet snack and hopefully they can be friends. He handed over one piece of the bark over to the Heracross for it to enjoy first.

The Heracross takes the bark with its other hand and looks at it blankly for a few seconds before looking to its sap-covered hand for a few seconds. The Heracross the takes the bark and scoops some of the sap up with it and begins to nibble on the bark.

"He doesn't have name. Not a real one anyways." A voice speaks from behind Cyan "I personally stuck to calling this one 'Chuck', given his knack for ripping and chucking trees in the air. I had to save him once or twice before from hurting himself. He tends to space out when he finds what he's looking for. That was impressive skill you displayed, swordsman. I thank you for using them to protect Chuck. Whether he knows it or not."

Watching the Pokémon working as a team is a sight to behold; those primids don’t stand a chance against Pichu and its friend. Just an awesome first hand view to Pokey. Pichu made short work of the remaining Primids. Wrinkling his nose, Sora was fighting though he’s burned. How the kid can still fight is beyond Pokey, the latter must be strong or running on adrenaline now. Whatever it is, Sora is still fighting. Focusing on taking down the primids, fortunately their numbers seemed to be dwindling down.

He went all in with force; there's no way he’s going to let anything escape under his nose, never mind Sora being injured. He grinds his teeth as he keeps pounding the primids with PSI Fire and PSI Freeze in rapid succession leaving no room for those bastards to retaliate.

Breathing heavily, at least they can have a break, Pokey isn’t exhausted. Waddling over to Sora it’s time to do something about those burns, not that it came from a place of kindness or compassion neither concern for Sora; it made no sense for him to carry baggage. “ You're a human barbecue.” He remarks, not caring if his words came off as rude or cruel.

To Pokey those words can’t compare to his thoughts and feelings he has for Ness. It’s almost like an obsessive hatred Pokey held when it comes to his rival. He had said worse when it came to his arch nemesis. Pokey can’t wait until Ness is crushed under his shoe. No, no, he can’t let his hatred reveal itself so soon. He had to keep playing the good boy act though or disgusted him. But now healing Sora is the priority. He used his PSI Heal on both Sora and Pichu.

“ Is that better?” He wonders how Sora can shrug off his injuries is beyond him, perhaps the latter has experienced worse things. Judging by that Key Blade of Sora’s he’s seen his fair share of battles. It wouldn’t be surprising if a burn seems like nothing to him.

Cyan tapped his chest, clicking his boots together as a sign of respect to the other.” As a former retainer of the Doma kingdom, I couldn’t let innocents get hurt under my watch.” Acting like a overprotective parent comes naturally to him. Yet, he failed to protect those he loved. It’s certainly laughable he calls himself a retainer and describes himself as a protector of the people, which he failed both. “ Though I have never seen anything like it before, not that it matters to me much anyway. Chuck was in need.” The Heracross is enjoying its meal blissfully, it’s nice that it can enjoy itself.

"A skilled and noble swordsman. Not just a swordsman. A warrior I haven't seen many like you in a long while. Not to say they're all gone. Just not as many around anymore." A figure comes into view and as the sunlight shines down shows a petite but masculine figure wearing silver-plated armor outlined with bronze with a black skin suit beneath it. Under his pauldrons was a pink cape that stretched down to his ankles while also concealing his arms and the most noticeable feature was his bird-like helmet "I am Peregrine. One of the, formerly plentiful, Zenith Knights. The Defenders of the Realm. Well, before the coming of "Our Lord", Lunaris..."
