I tend to be way less picky when it comes to participating in romance in rp’s. I think since I’m playing an active role in it rather than being forced to watch it play out it makes it easier to digest for me. Gnakgjsfi and sometimes you can’t help but love the cringeness of it a lil bit lmao

The group faces an AU where Pit is possessed by the Chaos Kin instead of Palutena! That'd be frightening! And then they come face-to-face with the much less threatening Specknose Pit and Farmer Pit from the other endings of NES KI. XD
Chillingly, there's no AU for Toon Link because either Ganondorf or Bellum killed him! Or he never had the courage to leave his home to rescue his sister.
I once pondered a little AU with Pit living in Samus's world, and they end up in an Anakin-Ahsoka relationship minus the whole "turning to the Dark Side" thing later on.
OH GEEZE, Other M Samus and 1994 Manga Samus show up and RP Samus (plus everyone else present) are either like WTF or they're trying their damnest not to laugh!

AU where instead of being the jolly and reliable Isabelle we know, she's a tired and stressed, grumpy secretary who smokes cigarettes and curses.

AUs for Joker could be interesting. He could be flipped roles with the one who plots to kill him and be a real criminal or he could be based on one of the bad endings of the game, though they're not as big of a shift in personality.
Pyra/Mythra could have flipped roles with Malos though Pyra wouldn't exist and it'd just be an overly violent and bloodthirsty Mythra
Roxas and Sora AUs could be wild and honestly would be so funky given how Kingdom Hearts already is lmao
But like one would be he accepts a deal with a god and take fame over freeing society from being distorted (showing he's greedy and seeking attention) or he can accept a deal with Maruki which allows the world to be put in a false, peaceful state which people do not have to cope with loss and pain, but he is very aware of the world he is in (showing he didn't have the courage to help people fight through their struggles and let them run from them instead, including himself to some extent). There's also the one where the thieves plan in Sae's palace fails because Joker is too drugged up to remember it once he's in custody and he straight up dies for it though that probably doesn't come into play
